Best gift for my Jr Architect granddaughter!
I bought this for my 10yr old granddaughter who's had an interest in architecture since she was in first grade. Lately I've seen her drawing interior house plans on graph paper. She was beyond thrilled to get this book and said it was the best gift ever. 😊. Lots of plans from small homes to mega mansions.

Many house/ floor plans to choose from!
Great book with great choices of different designs and layouts. They have many different square footage sizes, which give many options. I wish they had more 2 story house layouts there wasn’t many of those choices in the booo

Great book for ideas!
Good photos and plans- But most house plans in here are either small (well under2000 sq ft) or large (over3000 sq ft). I found few that are mid-sized (around 2500 sq ft)-

This is probably the best house plan book I have ever bought. My family and I are planning on building a house in the next couple of years, and there were probably 75+ plans that would work for us in the book that we would not need to modify

Übersichtlich und interessant
Viele schöne Anregungen für den Bau im amerikanischen Stil. Gut gegliedert nach Größen. Nur Englisch sollte man können ;) und man muss sich teilweise die ft. in m oder sqft. in m² umrechnen - sollte aber nicht das Hindernis sein.

Best present for a sims fan ever!
I bought this as a present for my Neice. She is heavily into the sims and her favourite pet is building the houses. She loved this book as it had hundreds of different floor plans and room ideas etc inside. She got it the day before Christmas and spent the whole afternoon using it.
