Was not so simple like how I feared it to be. You really have to build the bike properly and accurately and with good technique. Decals were a little tough but I had so much fun doing this. Detail, fit and instructions are top quality. The H2R looks like the race version of the Ninja H2Carbon. The exhaust and front cowl being the biggest difference. This kit does not have the carbon fiber decals that cover the front cowl like the H2 carbon so any color paint can be used. If the paint color is changed I recommend spraying white primer on all black parts to be changed. Changing colors adds more hours to painting. Will someone please let me know the exact products?** A: You will need some modeling glue, preferably Tamiya’s modeling glue. It’s on amazon and it’s a little green bottle. You will also need paint, I used just normal spray paint but others will use an airbrush and be super extra. You will also need some little scissors to cut out all the parts as well some tweezers to connect the small parts while glueing them together. I also used paint markers for small parts like the rotors and engine parts. **Q: what is the actual size when finish?** A: When finished, the kit is typical of other Tamiya 1/12 scale motorcycles: about 7" long by 4" high. **Q: I need to use glue or just i need to assembly the parts?
