Review: Superior Technology at the best price and ease of use. - This is my 4th Eviz camera. They are made so well. My first camera is over 3 years old and not one issue. And it has seen some brutal weather , living in New England. But an awning is all you need. I have two stationary 1 indoor dog camera but it can be used to keep an eye on anything. I used it onetime to find how mice were getting into my garage. Just left it on the floor in a box with a small hole and saw that they were squeezing themselves under the garage door. And today I received the PTZ I bought. FOR $34.00!! You can’t beat a full human tracking or motion tracker, color night vision and 360* Pan. I put a 256 GB card in and it’s ready to go. The value for is unbeatable. 4 mins 22 seconds to set up. All the functions you’ll ever need from a security camera. This is amazing. 34 bucks!! My car with a half tank is 40$ easily. I literally paid for this with round ups on Cash App I think. Spare Change basically. Very very very happy.

A: The camera supports connection with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or network cable. Please turn off 5GHz Wi-Fi when you connect the camera with the Wi-Fi.

**Q: Why do I receive false alarms?**
A: False alarms are related to the brightness of the environment and weather conditions. You can adjust the detection sensitivity in EZVIZ APP.

**Q: Why can't I connect the camera to Alexa?**
A: Open the EZVIZ app and go to "Device Settings - Image Encryption", then disable "Image Encryption". Because Alexa cannot read an encrypted video stream.

**Q: Do I need to subscribe to the cloud service?**
A: No. Cloud storage is optional. You can also use local storage (MicroSD card slot, maximum 256 GB) and view the recording through EZVIZ App.

**Q: Can I watch the videos in real time without SD card or EZVIZ CloudPlay?**
A: Yes, and you can also receive instant alerts. However, you cannot play the videos without SD card and EZVIZ CloudPlay.
