One capsule is one dose of 400 mg. I like that I don’t have to take multiple capsules. They’re medium size and easy enough to take.There’s some controversy as to which is better to take, DIM or this, but for me, DIM was starting to fade a little in terms of effectiveness. Apparently DIM does need to be combined with other specific nutrients in order to maximize effectiveness. With the Indole-3 Carbinol, there are other nutrients already present to help the body process its potential benefits.
