Good for PMOS/PCOS
I use this as part of my "PMOS stack" - it supposedly helps with inflammation. I like it, and I feel like I'm less bloated than I was before starting this supplement. I likely will not repurchase this brand simply because it's more expensive than the Target brand which has the same stuff in it, but this brand is great.

Exactly what I needed! I love the price for how many vitamins come in to bottle! I love how fast it shipped! I love how small the pills are and how easy they are to swallow. So far so good! I have not had any issues with this vitamin with upsetting my stomach or anything. I think it will be effective and get the job done. I recommend it!
