I am a nurse and health conscious woman with sensitive skin. After menopause my skin got so dry I couldn’t put enough lotion on. At that time way back it was for hair skin and nails. This is not something I feel comfortable talking about, but was asked several times to do a review. I'm going through menopause & with that comes so many things.. vaginal dryness.. extremely painful to have sex when this happens & if it was up to me, I would just never have sex again but of course my husband doesn't like that idea so I started buying this product. I think it's expensive but my husband says it's worth it. It took about 3 months for it to start working. It has helped some, but still having to use some lubrication.

Take as directed. Ran it by my OBGYN. She said if it works it is great there is nothing in it to harm you. Better than hormone therapy and what it causes.

Just to give some background im on the birth control implant and get bv easily so I’ve been a little dry lately due to hormones and PH. First day gave me a head ache and a little trouble sleeping but maybe it’s just me since I’m not a huge supplement taker. Not an issue anymore though. Currently taking it with my BV medication. As far as a difference in moisture I do see a difference not sure if it’s because my BV is going away from my medication or if it’s because of this. but I am pretty wet. Not soaking like some of the reviews say but definitely a noticeable difference to where you wanna kinda wanna call your boo up. BV medication can dry the vagina out though so the fact I’m pretty lubricated means these supplements are probably doing the trick and deserve their credit. I’m almost done with my BV medication and I will be taking only these supplements alone, so I will keep you all updated so I can tell you for sure if I am wet because of these supplements! (P.s - a lot of sea buckthorn supplements are 500-1000mg per capsule, these are only 300mg so today I decided to start taking 4 a day to equal 800mg per day which is still not too strong. So we’ll see if that makes even more of a difference!) hope this helped.

I was so excited using this due to perimenopause symptoms I am experiencing at 41, so I decided to use this. On the first day I felt something different down there, I also felt in the mood, day 2 it felt a bit more good, by day 3 to 7 I was super wet and even in the mood more, after 7 days of taking this supplements, I lost all moods of wanting s*x, down there got dry. This is amazing! It really works I’ve been taking 2 capsules for the first month just to get my body going with it.
