It's very cool. Super sharp. Comes with lots of Xtra blades. Careful attaching that razor. When it's in place. It's curved,bends. Cut myself attaching it to handle. But it's all good. Get baking!

Bought the lame to score the bread for my new sourdough bread hobby. The lame is well made and inexpensive. It includes replacement blades and a thin leather cover to protect the blade. I didn't like the flimsy cover and wasn't comfortable with the mechanism for attaching the blades to the lame. The mechanism requires you to thread the lame through two openings of the blade, which requires you to be careful to avoid cutting yourself. I wanted a safer mount and found another lame that uses a single screw to attach the blade.

Nice knife to use to scar bread. Has a sheath that protects the blade. Very well made. Glad I purchased it.

Works much better than any other method I have used. The cuts are clear and make me look much more artistic than I really am. Very easy to assemble and use. Just remember it is a razor blade, use caution. The leather blade cover is a great accessory and protects you and the blade. Highly recommended.

This seems to be exactly what I needed. Very easy to put together and with the little leather sheath for the blade it’s easy to store. Blade is very sharp and does the trick!
