Does not make good mozzarella
I did the Mozzarella a few times following the directions meticulously and every time it failed. I have made Ricotta before and thought I would try mozzarella. You can buy all the pieces separately if you already have some of them.

Fun, fast and tasty
I bought this as a gift for my father. We used it to make a few batches of mozzarella. The kit contains everything you need to make cheese apart from the milk. The instructions were easy to follow and the cheese we made was very tasty. You could also use the ingredients in this kit to make other cheeses or experiment with different kinds of milk. A great introduction to cheese making!
