Where is this manufactured?

This is an excellent organizer. Use it all the time. Confused as to your question about where it’s manufactured. I’m pretty sure it isn’t made in Russia or by Putin.

Does this have pre-cut slots?

Yes there are cutouts and you push the battery in and the inside if the hole comes out or you can use pry them out with a fork or knife. It is small but holds enough batteries for me. The box and lid are very sturdy.

Does the gray color not have a handle?

the gray one is transparent, has a red snap, and does have a handle.

The Color selection and details says Brown but from the pictures it looks Gray, so want color is the case?
