Absolutely hilarious!
My friends and I absolutely love CAH. When I saw a sponsored post for this game on fb, I immediately ordered here on Amazon and hoped it would be able to serve up nights of laughter as CAH does. As soon a second I received it, I immediately opened it and started perusing the cards. Looked good! I didn't want to spoil the fun, so I stopped reading and put the cards away until I could get a chance to play with some friends. This is the time to add that I should have continued reading the cards before I decided to play with my sister in law and 10 year old son. A few cards in and I realized that yes, this is definitely an ADULT game! The mixture of funny, yet innocent, cards definitely deceived me at first. Whoops! Lesson learned! I finally had a chance to play a full game with some friends last night and it was hysterical! When I purchased this game initially, I also ordered the pink expansion pack. I'm very glad I did as having more cards definitely added to the game and made it so we could play longer. I really hope they continue to make expansion packs, but I'd like to see some extra picture cards either added to those packs or sold as a separate expansion pack. If you plan to play this often, more cards are definitely needed. If CAH is your style, I think you'll really enjoy this game. It offers a little change of pace while still offering some of the same humor to those of us who don't take things too seriously. For any parents of teens/preteens whose kids are "too cool" for board games now, this honestly would be a good choice as well IF you go through the cards before giving it to them and remove the ones that you deem inappropriate. The picture cards are all innocent and they could definitely have a great time playing. I hope the makers of this game see the market out there for a teen/kids version of this! There's definitely a large target group out there for you! Teens are all about memes and social media, so this game could absolutely have the potential to be a huge hit among that population! I'd buy it for my boys for sure!

It has awkward hilarious potential
Played with just hubs and me so far. Looking forward to playing with a group. The potential for hilarious and uncomfortable results is high. I'm planning on buying some expansion packs. Cards are decent size for intimate around the table play but wouldn't be ideal for a big crowd. There's a lot of caption cards and an ok amount of picture cards but not nearly enough. I was surprised that there weren't more of the "viral" memes. I suppose you could find more memes online and continue playing with the caption cards. Hubs and I went through all the pic cards pretty quickly. Of course with different caption cards the same pictures could be used over and over with hilariously different results. A couple of the *MA captions would pose uncomfortable results for prudish or immature players but overall the game seems fun. Well packaged. The "easel" reminds me of something my kids made in preschool with a couple popsicle sticks and glue, but it's not really necessary anyway. I went back and forth on good games to buy for a fairly raucous group. After seeing a couple of the games I was glad I purchased this one.

Totally Worth It; Friends Love It!!
After talking with my friends about a new game for us to play on our near-monthly game nights, it was agreed to by all that I would purchase What Do You Meme. Since we are all in our late 20s and thus grew up as part of the "meme generation", this game was absolutely perfect for us. The first time we played it, every single one of us had a great laugh and at times were doubled over due to laughing and cracking up so much. Though I have not yet done so myself, I do HIGHLY suggest purchasing any expansion packs which may be offered for this game. As with any remotely similar card game (Cards Against Humanity, WTF Did You Say?!?, That's What She Said, etc.), both the picture and word cards do seem to get too familiar and somewhat less funny with each subsequent game. However, even if expansion packs are not offered/purchased, anyone with a good sense of humor who also keeps up with internet memes can have a great time playing this game.

Great contemporary family fun!
Bought this for our monthly Family Game Days. Played with 3 generations of family, children, parents, grandparents. Lots of laughs! We invoked the house rule that allows players to exchange caption cards they can not use for new ones without penalty instead of the game rule that requires a player to have at least one meme won to exchange for a new hand. My daughter uses the same rule in CAH. This is to allow for the reality that older generations like mine and my parents (her grandparents) might not be familiar with all the references provided in the cards. Sometimes we are willing to Google-It, but sometimes it just makes more sense to be able to exchange cards. We will definitely be printing our own images as additional memes for this game as well, a suggestion the game instructions included. I'd love to see the makers come out with expansion packs (memes and caption cards) as well. I am giving 4 stars only because I thought the makers of this game could have done a better job of choosing the memes they decided to include with the game. My family members did find the "Freestyle" caption card option extremely challenging. It will take more practice to get better at it! I highly recommend this game for multi-generational families looking for a new and fun contemporary game option.

The Ultimate Meme Lover's Party Game
As an avid meme enthusiast, I couldn't resist trying out "What Do You Meme?" - and let me tell you, it exceeded all expectations! This game is an absolute blast and a must-have for anyone who loves memes and enjoys a good laugh with friends. The concept of the game is simple yet genius - matching hilarious caption cards with the equally funny photo cards to create the perfect meme. The result is a constant stream of laughter as players take turns showing off their wit and creativity. It's like bringing internet humor to life in a fun and interactive way. One of the best aspects of "What Do You Meme?" is that it caters to different humor styles. Whether you're into pop culture references, puns, or just plain absurdity, there's a card for everyone. This diversity keeps the game fresh and engaging, ensuring that no two rounds are ever the same. Another highlight is the quality of the cards. The images are crisp, and the captions are printed on sturdy, durable cards. The creators really put effort into curating a fantastic collection that's sure to elicit laughter from players of all ages. The gameplay is straightforward, making it accessible to both seasoned meme lovers and newcomers. It's a fantastic icebreaker for parties and gatherings, instantly creating a fun and lighthearted atmosphere. Plus, with the ability to accommodate a large number of players, it's perfect for social events of any size. My only minor quibble would be that after a few rounds, we wished we had even more cards to keep the hilarity going. But this is easily resolved by adding expansion packs, which I plan to do very soon! In conclusion, "What Do You Meme?" Core Game is an absolute winner for meme lovers and party game enthusiasts alike. It's a laugh-out-loud experience that will have everyone in tears from sheer amusement. If you're looking to inject some internet humor into your game nights, this is the ultimate go-to party game. Highly recommended!

Great Party Game. You Will Not Be Disappointed!
The game went over so well at our recent holiday party. I would blame the alcohol but truly the game was hilarious and we had a great time playing it. Already looking into getting an expansion pack. Essentially, the game provides an easel and you put up a meme and people caption the meme with the cards they have in their hand. I had more than a few friend say that the loved the spin of captioning a photo instead on the typical cards against humanity format. We also enjoyed that everyone at the party could participate. Box say 3-20+. Again, a great gift or even a game to have at your house. Easily transported to other peopleโs home. Only draw back is that I wish they had an all adult cards version. In the pack we got it was like 50ish cards (maybe 100, Iโm terrible at estimating) that were adult cards. Letโs be really Iโm not playing this with grandma so the more adult the better. :) Again, highly recommend.

So fun with a group!
Such a fun game! If you like cards against humanity then this game is just as fun! We played this at a girls night birthday party and everyone was laughing and loved the game. It comes with a separate set of cards that are adult content, the only thing I don't like is they look the same as all the regular cards, so if you mix them into the regular cards you likely will never find them all! So now our cards will always be adult content only. Great with a group, but we had 15 people so it did take a long time to get thru the cards. You can split up the game and have two games going at the same time, or just play together. Lots of fun!

Great fun
A fun game for older children, teens and beyond. Also a great opportunity to practise and discuss facial expressions and visual images, and what message they are conveying. Can be helpful for the neuro diverse.
