I was using the clear patches and I knocked a couple off, so wanted something that held a little tighter. These work well. The saddle strap helps hold them secure, makes it much easier now to sleep without as much worry about knocking the pod loose. l still have some pain after rolling around on it all night. I'm a real tosser and turner and rolling on the pod pushes the cannula around making the stomach a little sorer, but at least it stays attached. I use skin tack with it as well, it sticks very well. I often lose a little skin when removing it, but these have been far above the rest for holding. I do wish they made these in a clear. The patch is pretty large. I've had no problems using in the shower, only problem of any kind is that I work in the Texas heat and serious sweating can cause them to wrinkle a bit and I usually just reseal with skin tac.

These patches are great! They are flexible and forgiving when installing. You can remove and readjust the patches to get them in the right spot. Once there, they stay put for the full 3 days - through activity, showers, etc. Removing them is very easy. I find after the shower is the best time to remove them. They give you 25 of these which is a great deal! I highly recommend these.

Decided to try as often difficult to remove Simpatch. Although these remove easily, they are extremely difficult to apply. Backing is only perforated into three sections vs. five with Simpatch, plus they only stretch in one dimension. Hence, it is near impossible to get the central strap positioned over my Pod, hence the patch never goes on correctly. Moreover it frays and begins to loosen by the 2nd day. After 3 tries I gave up and went back to Simpatch.
