I got this for dream enhancement. I started with half the recommended dose, one capsule. Great results. I can definitely tell the nootropic effects are there, as I wake up any time during the night feeling alert and rested. For dreams, it builds a tolerance. Best results taking a few days off when they aren't noticeably helped. Paired with huperzine A, no ill effects but no substantial increase in effects either.

Useful for remembering dreams. Used as directed.

I was hoping to notice a difference taking these. But even tho ay doc said I could double the dose, and after a month of that no noticeable improvement. I reordered to start doubling. Now I'm taking them just to use it up since I figure it won't hurt anything but still..... not worth it once they're gone, they're gone.
