Absolut empfehlenswert vor allem für den Anfang!Die kühlende Wirkung ist eine Wohltat nach dem stillen oder abpumpen und auch Verletzungen sind schnell zurückgegangen.  Habe einige Alternativen ausprobiert (Silberhütchen, Gel-Pads, ...) aber nichts hat so gut geholfen.Später hat sich die Brust an die neue Belastung gewöhnt und man benötigt sie nicht mehr. Es lohnt sich nach dem anfänglichen Testen trotzdem direkt ein paar mehr zu bestellen.Spartipp: Ich habe zu Beginn die Kompressen sehr schnell gewechselt. Lt. Anweisung sind diese zu nutzen bis das Gel eingezogen ist, aber so richtig weg ist es lange nicht. Nutzt diesen Zeitrahmen aus, dann kommt ihr lange hin. Einfach nach dem stillen das gleiche Pad wieder nutzen und das mehrmals. (Dabei natürlich auf die Hygiene achten)

Ich habe mir die Kompressen bestellt, als ich eine dicke Brustentzündung hatte, als Mini ihre Zähne entdeckt hatte... ^^Und ich kann nur sagen: Sie haben super geholfen.Die Hitze wurde sehr erfolgreich hinaus gezogen und die Entzündung hat sich schnell gelegt. Die Kompressen haben mir super geholfen.Absolute Empfehlung zur Notfallhilfe oder zu Beginn der Stillbeziehung, wenn die Brustwarzen noch empfindlich und wund sind.

Absolute Kaufempfehlung.Gerade am Anfang ist das stillen ziemlich schmerzhaft. Ich musste die ersten 5 Wochen abpumpen und hätte meine Hebamme mir diese Kompressen nicht empfohlen, hätte ich es wohl nicht durchgehalten. Am besten im Kühlschrank aufbewahren, dann ist die Wirkung noch besser.
