Works well. No set-up required other than inserting a battery which comes with the purchase. Provides reassurance when the gas furnace operates during the winter.

This is a plug and play unit plus what is nice they supply a template for you to use if you want to use the included screws that they supply with the unit. Long battery life so I wonโt have to worry about replacing it for a while.

Compact and functional - easy to take with me on trips

This replaced an older First Alert CO sensor which hit the 10-year limit (forced replacement). This one is much smaller than what we had. I did have to make some new screw holes since they did not align. The blue tint you see in the picture is a little light to help you see status when you push the test button. It is NOT on all the time. I like the fact that it shows and record the high PPM reading level.
