This replacement regulator worked nicely

Definitely have this as a back up if you depend on your Generator
One year later, and still working perfectly… If your voltage is going all over the place or stuck in the wrong spot, then you need to replace your regulator with this… It's actually very easy on most generators… Just a couple of bolts/screws. If you are dependent on your generator, then you should have a set of these on standby at all times in my opinion… for the price it's worth having the security of a backup... especially since brushes wear out over time on any motor unless it's brushless of course.

Worked great! I made sure to test the rotor and stator first and found this was the faulty part. Installed this new one and the generator has been working perfectly.

I was working on a generator for a friends mom, motor was running great but it stopped making power. I’ve never worked on the charging part of a generator before and had no idea where to start. Fix my voltage problem so far.
Just put this in my Powermate 3800. So far so good. It seems to have fixed the problem so for. If I don't update this review it's still running good.
