Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, 128GB, Black - Locked to T-Mobile (Renewed)

I purchased the tmobile edition of this device since I have no plans to swish carriers any time soon. The first device unfortunately arrived with a broken screen due to poor packaging but they were quick to make it right and expedited a new device asap. This one also arrived in my opinion poorly packaged but undamaged. The device was easy to setup and worked perfectly. I'm very happy with the price my only recommendation is the packaging.

This is my first smart phone, and I couldn't be happier. I saved a ton of money buying a refurbished item, and got a much higher quality phone than I otherwise would have. I'm a fan of Samsung from other products, so the brand was a given. The refurbisher did a very thorough and professional job; I've had no issues of any kind in the 5+ months I've had the phone. The fact that it's locked to T-Mobile is not a problem, since I was already a customer. Even better, the "Connect by T-Mobile" prepaid service only costs me $10/month, because I'm not a big data user.

Nice phone works good in the city but would not work for me in the country where signal is weak. I sold it at a loss cause of this. So sad cause it really is a nice phone. 😢

Overall, I like the phone. My issue is that after only four months of use, the battery swelled. I am told that a swollen battery may explode. In my case, the swollen battery caused the back of the phone to disconnect from the front screen. Because I keep the phone in a case, the unresponsive, black screen was my first indication that there was anything wrong with the phone. I expect a phone to last more than four months. Edit: Five months later, I am again having issues with the screen. The screen goes black. The only way to bring it back is to "massage the phone." I imagine it is only a matter of time before this does not bring it back. I have owned the phone less than 11 months. Very disappointing.

I found a great deal on a new phone, because ive been wanting to get one for a while. It does fast charging and I can enjoy some apps with 5G stuff. Thanks, Amazon for a great refurbished phone at a great price.

Buying it on Amazon, it said it was compatible with T-Mobile but when I first put my Sim in, it was locked to Cricket wireless & it took me a couple minutes before I could get it unlocked. When I started downloading apps, the phone had several pre-installed junk apps that I never used & didn't want. When it comes to things like browsing the internet, it can be quite slow at times. The refurbished battery doesn't reach 4500 mAh capacity like how a brand new A52 5G would. The cameras are below average quality & the software isn't up to date like it's expected to be. RAM management is pretty lackluster, the RAM Plus doesn't seem to help much. Other than stuff like that, it's a pretty decent device.

I got this to upgrade. Did not cost thousands...... Economical and user friendly. The photo quality is amazing. Storage capacity is amazing too.

We ordered 3 of these to replace our free T-mobile phones. All looked practically brand new. We didn't have any issues switching the phones, although we took ours to T-Mobile to transfer everything. Battery life is not great compared to our other phones, but I understand these are much more upgraded from our previous ones and this seems to be an issue with Samsung. No fault of the seller. Shipped quickly, and packaged well.
