Work great in all of my plants last a while, depending on the plant. fill easily. Very expensive at the store worth the money.

We are using 15 different globes throughout the property. Mostly indoors, but some outdoors. About 80% work well. The 3-4 different globes that aren't working well is not because of the globe. The potted plants soil appear to be too fast draining, so even though the soil is moist, the water drains through the pot fairly quickly and the globes do not work well here. The other item we found is if the pot is too root packed, then this won't work either and we have to repot the plant. If the pot has an adequate root to soil ratio and the soil is moist, the globe appears to be working well.

As an avid plant lover and gardener with more pots than I care to admit, these MOONSOUND Self-Watering Globes have been a handy little find. For the price, you get a full set of 10, which is fantastic value — especially if you’ve got a mix of indoor and outdoor plants like I do. They’re surprisingly sturdy, with a nice thickness to the glass that feels durable and not at all flimsy. I’ve dropped a couple (by accident, of course), and they held up just fine. They’re also a great fit for smaller pots, which is a big win for my windowsill herbs and succulents. The variety of lengths included in the pack was a pleasant surprise — each one fit different pot sizes perfectly without overwhelming the plants or tipping over. That said, using them does take a bit of finesse. You’ve got to find the right angle and speed when inserting them into the soil, or else you’ll end up with a mini water fountain situation. Once you get the hang of it though, they do exactly what they promise — slow, steady watering that keeps the soil nicely moist for days, perfect for vacations or forgetful mornings. Overall, I’m really happy with them. Great value, durable design, and versatile sizes, with just a small learning curve that’s worth mastering. Just be prepared to play “water whisperer” the first few times!

I use these bulbs all the time and I needed more so I ordered these. There are 2 sizes. The biggest is rather small and the small ones are a waste. They are very hard to fill. I spent more time trying to fill the small ones but the joke is really small. I’ll be able to use the larger ones for my small plants but I’m tossing the small ones.

I rarely right negative reviews. These just did not work for me. They are sturdy considering they are plastic. I bought the green and it’s a nice color that I thought would complement rather than stand out. It wasn’t a problem of leakage. It was an issue of not giving up any water at all. I had new plants in pots to start my summer garden in the green house. I had to leave town for 4 days. I thought these would solve the watering issue till I got back. I returned to watering bulbs still mostly full of water and wilted plants that couldn’t be saved. I had appropriate size watering bulbs and amount for the plants. They come in two different sizes, a large and small - neither worked. Maybe they’ll work for you. As for me, I’m starting from square one with my seeds.

I purchased these a little over a month ago to help keep plants alive I gifted to my MIL. She lives a very busy lifestyle and doesn't have much time to water her plants, but she LOVES the color they bring to her landscape each spring. I have been checking them once a week and filling them as needed. So far, all the plants are still alive and well! Without them, they would have died in two weeks. I have seen previous comments about them dimpling, to which I have not had problems with thus far. They fit well in hanging basket-sized containers and do not seem to disrupt the roots like I feared they might. I also have my kiddos help me fill them, so I am a HUGE FAN of them being plastic. Yes, they have been dropped on concrete, and so far, we have not had any break. For the price point and quantity, I would recommend.

I rarely provide negative reviews, but unfortunately, these products failed to meet my expectations. I purchased the blue globes for no other reason except preference, the globes are made of plastic, which surprisingly is very strong and durable. The issue lay in the globes' inability to dispense water effectively. Unfortunately , the watering bulbs remained mostly full of water or became clogged with soil, preventing proper drainage. To my dismay, several plants began to wilt. I had selected the small water globes, believing they would be suitable for my 6 to 8 inch pots, but this proved not to be the case. The bulbs' narrow base prevented sufficient water from draining, causing the soil to become plugged and dry. The two that functioned properly drained the water within hours, which was not an effective solution for my needs. Perhaps these products may be suitable for others, but I will not be utilizing them in the future.

All the smaller ones ended up being the ones that drained in a couple hours. A couple of the bigger ones worked okay and took anywhere between a few hours and a few days to empty. Overall not great.
