It's much quieter than our older unit and cools the room down quicker. The instructions were not great... The drawings were very confusing. Ended up taking me around 2 hrs to install because of all the time spent looking for online videos to ensure I was doing it right.

This made my Furion air condition much quietier. Still pretty loud but much better that it was originally.

Lower unit works as it should. Upper unit freezes up. Causes lots of grief and headache for the money

Looks to be good quality. Haven’t installed yet but looks like a nice product.

Very poorly designed. The area is too shallow and the vents are too small. It blocks airflow out, and the intake vent screens are small also. There is more space between the AC unit and the inside of the ceiling, so with all this restriction, im sure most of the outflow is just being directed right back in the intake.
