BulbHead Red Copper Square Pan 5 Piece Set by BulbHead, 10-Inch Pan, Glass Lid, Fry Basket, & More

I've had these pans for a little over a month now and, thus far, I'm impressed! Followed instructions and seasoned each pan and only wash with a soft cloth. So far, nothing really sticks. I fried steak in them on several occasions and ended up with a residue in the bottom of the pan. It wiped off with a soft cloth without a problem. I was cooking a grilled cheese and dropped slice of cheese onto the bare pan bottom and it didn't stick. If I were to go looking for anything about these pans I didn't like it would be the square shape. I thought I would like it but I guess I'm just an old-fashioned round panner. Anyway, pan shape is personal preference and not a defect so when I buy more I'll buy round. Saw a video review where a woman placed her Red Copper pan face down on an asphalt driveway, ran over it with her car and then bitched because there were chips around the rim and the bottom was bowed in! Lady its a pan, not a jack stand. Store it in a cabinet instead of the driveway and it will be fine. Bottom line: Its a great product at a low price. If you're looking for something to complain about, I'm sure you can find it but if you FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS and use the pans as intended and you WILL be happy with them.

This cookware package was purchased as a gift for a friend who lives quite some distance from me and the "review" is gathered from her comments. She loves the convenience of having a pan that she can cook, steam or deep-fry in and one that makes clean-up so easy. From her remarks, I'd say that the next time I see her part of my reward will include a meal partially fixed in this pan. I did caution her to read the instructions since I've heard reports from others who didn't and were disappointed or ruined their cookware, she followed them and is delighted with the results.

I have only used the pan for frying and cooking a pot of chili, not the other pieces, but the pan is great!! Nothing sticks, it is easy to turn things with a spatula, stuff cooks so good using the pan, and it is so easy to clean. You can just wipe it clean, but I am a creature of habit and I have washed it with soap and water in the sink.

I admit I sometimes am a sucker for "as seen on TV". So given this and the fact I love to cook, I could not resist ordering this. Well so far it is working exactly as described. I have used it to roast whole chickens, short ribs, make bread, steam vegetables, making pasta using the colander included, made home made soup, etc.. Clean up is easy, the size is very nice, and the added colander is a good plus. So why not 5 stars? Well the colander has a handle which I can not figure out how to put on an allow the colander (also used for steam and frying) to be lowered in the pan at a shallow depth. When I include the hand the basket is to high and without the handle the basket lays directly within the pot. So I am still working through some of the kinks - but overall I would recommend this pot.

I love this product. I am a single Dad with limited cooking experience. I have fried chicken, cooked steaks & pasta dishes. I am always looking for easy recopies. there is something about the way it overall heats up that makes it easy for my use; and they are totally easy to clean; you really can just wipe them out with a paper towel and start the next dish. I have bough this, the Red Copper round large skillet and 2x 12" skillets. These things are awesome; and you can get them way cheaper here in general; and the Red Copper brand is comparatively a better price for the quality than you can get for all the other name brands that I looked at. An old Army friend of mine is just starting his career as a Chef in DC; and he has been watching what ive been doing with all my Red Copper and he says he thinks that is what he will go with in his kitchen...

I've had this two weeks and used it every day. It is versatile and I do love the superior non-stick functioning, enabling me to use less fats. Two things, so far bother me. One, although the lid is nice and tight fitting, the lip is shallow and even when I allow the lid to drain when I take it off, when I move it to put it down, it creates a mess. The second problem I am having is that the bottom is scratching and chipping from my gas stove burners, even though I am being careful not to slide it when weighted down with food. The metal is deeply scratching and the red enamel is chipping. I had hoped this would last me years but alas I can see that it will not. I will continue to use it and try to get my money's worth though.

Easy to clean, works as expected.. My husband recently cooked a corned beef and potatoes in this Red Copper pan on the stove and then in the oven He used yellow mustard and brown sugar on the meat and it was wonderful. Later I was my job to clean the pan which was sitting after dinner for a while. It was crusted with the juices and caked on sauce. I soaked it in the sink with Dawn and hot water. Very little elbow grease and 15 minutes of soaking, and it came out as good as new! It really impressed us. It is Paul's favorite pan because it cooks evenly, and my favorite pan for easy clean up To be honest, we were skeptical of the TV commercials. This pan really works as expected.

I love this pan. All the bad reviews about scratching, etc concerned me but I followed the directions exactly for seasoning and how to care for and wash. Bought in November and started using immediately. It is now March and this pan is my favorite. For me it cooks perfectly. So far I use it mostly for cooking chicken in the oven. I did a pot roast also with the carrots and potatoes and perfect! I now am going to purchase the frying pans. Delivery was great and all was received in perfect condition.

I have only used it once, so far, but I made the chicken recipe as per the included cook book. A total success. On a scale of 10, the finished product was 10, which included the fact that there was only one pan to clean up. The non stick surface made the clean-up a snap.

Great product so far.
