It is absolutely easy, it’s a snug fit and not a tight fit so it opens up without damaging or scratching the buds

This Case won't damage your Buds. When removing you take extra care to the hinged top part of buds2. Don't apply any unwanted pressure that may cause an abrupt rupture of the closing lid hinge. If you are not able to remove the case by your finger then use a thin tool to lift the edges of case for lifting up. Anyway, this is a beautifully engineered case that may protect your buds well.
