I see that the hand pump capacity is 10,000 psi. are they used for all ram capacity's

These hand pumps will all be high pressure (10,000 PSI) rated. Hand pumps work well on cylinders up to 30 tons. Above that level they are less effective and require too many pumps to move the cylinder effectively.
