I must admit, I am an oddball. I use blotting paper for...blotting. I often write with fountain pens and some ink/paper combinations like to smear. I have a nice antique rocking blotter and needed new blotting paper and guess what? It still works for its intended purpose. No smearing makes sure you can immediately close a page. Very thick, almost identical to the original paper in the blotter, despite more that 115 years since it was made. Easy to cut, no odd fibers. I can get 2 sheets out of every single sheet for my blotter, so I am set for life here. If you actually want to use blotting paper for blotting, this is an excellent choice.

These work well for pressing flowers in a flower press and are reusable. Size fit my press perfectly. Easy to use and they absorb moisture from the flowers. They appear nicely made. Pressing flowers is a fun past time.

I bought this paper to place a sheet behind coloring book pages when I color with markers. (Protects from bleed-through by markers) Works like a charm! Nice soft paper. I can also see myself using it for other crafts. Nice size at 8.5" x 11"...perfect size for my coloring book pages.
