My experience : - Seems to be working fine with my 9V router - No switching lag observed - Can be easily mount on a wall nail - Installation is a DIY - Build quality is good I haven't tried fully draining out the battery but hope to get a backup of around 3 to 4 hours. Again it depends on the router input current and can vary from router to router. Overall it's a good product.

Ordered on Amazon with 10 days replacement policy. Got defective item with backup not working when power get off and power off button stuck and not pressable. On applying for replace no option to pick onsite, had to return by self. Courier charges 300rs from my pocket, it's delivered three days back to amazon but still not updated that it's received from the amazon side. No option to mail /chat to amazon customer service, its removed . On call told to get back in 72 hrs.

It is really good product and value for money

I wanted my WiFi router work uninterrupted during power cuts - most of my power cuts only for a minute or two - but this interrupts my work by about 10 minutes each time it happens as the router needs to restart. I was looking for a simple device that can help me get through this issue. Then I found the CRUST Smart Mini UPS. The perfect solution. It is an awesome "in-line" mini device that is doing it's job effortlessly. Very Easy to connect. Smart enough to detect the voltage of the application it is supporting (also has an indicator on it showing which voltage it is auto serviing). Came with a switch to tun-off the device when don't need to run it. My money's worth. Go for it. Highly recommended.

My timeline: I purchased the "Curst UPS" product on April 24, 2022, and wrote my last review on April 30, 2022. It's been a year since then, and I'm writing a review again on April 30, 2023. Story-wise: After a few days of using the product for the second time, it stopped working, just like the first time around six or seven months ago. I contacted the customer support team, and they were very helpful in resolving the issue without me having to send the product to the service centre. Even though I faced some issues raising the service request on the portal due to some website issues on my mobile, the customer support person helped me fill out the form and continuously called me to help resolve the issue. Positive Aspects: I'm very impressed with the product's durability and efficiency, even after one year of continuous use. Initially, I had doubts about its durability, but it has proven me wrong. The product is well-built and can withstand rough use. I'm also very satisfied with the customer support experience. They were prompt, efficient, and patient in listening to my concerns and providing a quick solution. Negative Aspects: I faced some issues raising a service request on the portal due to some website issues on my mobile. However, the customer support person helped me fill out the form and continuously called me to help resolve the issue. Overall: I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and durable product. Worked fine till 2 years , after that stopped working. It faulted few times in between which customer care helped to resolve. After 2 yrs they told to replace battery but not certain if replacing battery will resolve it or not. So I have ordered another company ups which is cheapest - oakter which cost Rs 800-900/-
