Delicious melted down to cover over Opies stem ginger. Anyone remember Duncan's chocolate gingers? Just drain off, rinse the chunks and pat dry before covering. This cooking chocolate is also a big saving compared with the price of the regular 70% dark chocolate and tastes much the same.

Perfect for chocolate covered gingers
I prefer the 70% to the 50% cooking bar for making chocolate gingers using Opies stem ginger lumps which saves lots of time rather than peeling the ginger. Recommendation one piece (or1gram) daily for health benefits. I melt the chocolate either slowly in microwave or on stove top in bowl over pan of water, throw in the ginger (Pat off excess syrup first), then spoon out the chocolate ginger lumps onto grease proof paper. Moorish! When I couldn’t obtain the cooking variety which is cheaper, I had to use the normal kind but found there was little to no difference.
