It really recognizes colors and then turns that color when laid on a flat colored surface. So cute! My toddler was amazed.

For any child who loves Cocomelon this toy is a must have for a child. I bought this for my two years old and she loves it! The color changing is an awesome addition to the song. It can't pick up on all the colors but for the price it can't be beat. You'll not regret this little gizmo and enjoy all the fun it'll bring you and your child. I highly recommend this toy as a gift to any child or even yourself.

It's a sheep with a color scanner and sings. It is cheaply made. My child likes it but not as much as other cocomelon toys like the the lunchbox. Would not buy again as too expensive for the price and invest in other cocomelon toys.

I recently purchased this toy for my 2-year-old daughter, and I must say that I am very pleased! This toy is an excellent way to teach children about colors in a fun and interactive manner. The sheep is programmed to change color depending on the surface it is placed on. With the toy, we received a rainbow mat, which made it simple to place the sheep on different colors and watch them change. The toy also sings the classic nursery rhyme "Baa Baa Black Sheep" while naming the color it's sitting on. It's an excellent way to teach your child about color recognition. But wait, there's more! The sheep can also be used to teach your child the colors of other objects because it works on flat surface objects with clear color definition. When it's time to go to bed, the toy has a sleep soother mode that pulses through 8 different colors for 10 minutes to help soothe your child to sleep. It's great to know that this toy is not only entertaining for my daughter, but also stimulating her development and aiding her learning. The sheep runs on two AAA batteries, which are sold separately, but are simple to install and last a long time. Overall, I strongly recommend this toy because it is a fun and educational toy for any child. It's sure to be a hit with both boys and girls!

My 8-year-old daughter loves this, because she loves sheep and she likes to play it with her 6-year-old sister who thinks it is cute.

1) package came severely damaged, possibly used. 2) the “mat” is a JOKE. Don’t be fooled it is THIN and WILL tear easily. 3) The colors are horrible! Some are bright, some are very dull. Your child will NOT learn their colors with this beloved lamb. 4) The pronunciation of the colors is horrible! There is a “b” sound at the beginning of each audio clip of the color name, almost as if it is always trying to say “black sheep” instead of yellow, green, red, etc. Speaking of, I hate that there isn’t a black color. 5) My two year old kept getting very frustrated because the song never finished. This is her favorite song right now and I only bought this toy so she could hear it and be able to get the words down. She was very disappointed that it wouldn’t finish singing the number part. 6) The tiny screwdriver needed and battery (not included) made for even more of a pain. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Run away from this product FAST! I can’t believe how many good reviews there are. Parents really will buy their kids just about anything. For $20, I have so many better ways to spend my money to help entertain my child and help them learn.

Ordered new and was sent a clearly used item. I did not open the box for fear it would not work. Do. It expect new items.

I bought this for my two year old since he likes farm stuff and likes singing baa baa black sheep. Thought this would be cool cuz it would teach colors too. It worked for maybe a few days. Now it only shows green light on demo mode and red light on on mode and it doesn’t sing at all. When it did work, it didn’t always register the colors it was placed on. Only reason I’m leaving more than one star is cuz my son still loves it since it’s a sheep. But it doesn’t work as it it supposed to.

fantastic toy. love it. But however, I was surprised that there was no colour for black sheep. The original song was about black sheep. Just like the white ones there are black ones. I know that they have done the rainbow colours, but it would have been good to have added black. Now have found out that the company can't do black light.

My daughter loves this but the colour mat is paper and rips. But it is a good night light.
