Great boot, very affordable
Was looking for a durable, sturdy boot for yard work without breaking the bank. These boots fit the bill nicely. Wore them for the first time this weekend (ordered Friday afternoon -- were at my house Saturday MORNING, wow -- and they feel great. The insole isn't as padded as it might be, so I transferred the Dr. Scholls padded insoles from my old boots and now they're perfect. Can't speak to durability yet, but the leather feels high-quality and the soles sturdy. Thanks, Caterpillar.

steel toe
It's been since June since I got these about seven months for great and comfortable but steel toe is showing and the steel bent and is poking me in the toe a bit but as a learning mechanic on my feet all day at school and work does the job

I worked a 10 hour shift with water up to my ankles and though the boot didn't keep my feet dry (which I didn't expect) I dried
I work in a warehouse environment where I deal with pallets on a regular basis. These boots have more than held up for the year that I've been wearing them to work. A month ago the warehouse where I worked flooded. I worked a 10 hour shift with water up to my ankles and though the boot didn't keep my feet dry (which I didn't expect) I dried them over a vent at the house and they look good as new. For the money you couldn't ask for much more.

Boots for the ages.
I don't have these exact boots but they are extremely close to the work boots I have been wearing and loving for the last 10 years. When I got them it was because they were an all leather (save the padded top) work boot, however I was a little unsure how I would like the hard sole that my boots are. Now just under 10 years later I have had them resoled once and restitched a couple times and they keep on kicking. They have gone from construction sites to retail stores to working on rail tracks and muddy mills and up a couple trees with chain saws without so much as a complaint. When the time comes that I can no longer get the boots I already have repaired (which at the rate they are going is going to be a long time from now), I will most definitely be buying another pair and enjoying them just as long. I hope. Keep up the amazing quality Cat. It is appreciated by our feet.

Favorite boot for work
I work for UPS and I burn cheap boots up in just a few months. These are my favorite due to durability( I get about a year before I see the steel toe) and size selection as I need a half size as well as a wide. I would advise buying a cheap little bottle of neatsfoot oil for breaking them in, it can turn a two week break in time into 36 hours.

They're like having tanks on your feet
I've done carpentry work, worked on ladders and roofing and these boots handled it all. They're like having tanks on your feet. They are the most durable work boots I've ever had and they will be the only work boots I'll ever buy.
