I had such a hard time making a decision on the right thread/yarn. Finally, I decided this looked like what I needed, but I was a little unsure. I'm so thankful I decided on this. I will be using this to crochet loops for ornaments and it's absolutely perfect for what I need. I think it would make nice, sparkly tassels for some of my crochet ornaments. I am a very satisfied customer.

I needed this to crochet my birthday outfit and it turned out great. The color was perfect and yarn was good size, but I do not recommend using it to make clothes for the body. The texture was not very comfortable.

My wife absolutely loves this yarn. Easy to work with, and amazing to look at.

Sparkly gold "yarn". I used it for crochet. I wouldn't suggest using it for wearable articles...it's pretty scratchy, but pretty for trim.

Excellent for crochet ornaments and Christmas crafting. It's a little rough on the hands but the end result is worth it. Sometimes the center pull works but sometimes it gets stuck and it's necessary to rewind from the outside.

It was fine enough to finish the shawl I was making for one of my Daughter in law.

This is a fantastic item! This cord also crochets well and doesn't look like you've crocheted aluminum foil. I ended up also ordering the gold after I got the silver. I used the silver on some pear name card holders

This yarn is so pretty. I'm mesmerized by how sparkly it is. The only thing is, it's really rough on my hands while I'm crocheting with it, and I'm not really sure how to stiffen it. It might be my fault because I've never used Lurex yarn before, so I wasn't expecting the texture to be what it was. I made some crochet stars to use as Christmas tree decoration, but they curled up and ended up looking like sparkle blobs. Not the effect I was going for. I may have been able to use wire for structure, but I didn't try that. I wouldn't use it again for crochet, but it might come in handy for some other craft. I may use it for gift wrapping, because it really is eye catching.

It's durable and well made, that is exactly what I was expecting from the advertisement. Worked great for my project, still has a little bit of transfer paper behind the name (please ignore that part).

Ordered replacement yarn for my decorations. It arrived on time. To my surprise the yarn is more like a ribbon. No bad, it still looks marvelous. The color is "Gold". I recommend it highly. Better than others.
