Only one gatekeeper included
The pouch itself is ok, lined, and fit my application, barely. I really have to fuss to get my optic in this pouch. According to the dimensions this should have had a half inch of extra space and didn't...so I'd characterize this as a tight fit and/or slightly smaller than listed/expected from the listed measurements.Compared to some other products, I like that the lid overlaps the base to help keep rain or sand out but it is by no means sealed. The elastic loop clasp seems likely to breakdown over time, as elastic does, and only time will tell if retention will be maintained in the long run.Construction seems fine though it always peeves me to see large labels of dissimilar colors on camo items. Obviously unclear on the camo concept, or they feel their ego and self promotion outweighs the function of their products for their customers. Arrogant and selfish in my opinion. If you have to use one, make it small and put it in a discrete location and use similar colors of the fabric. Nobody cares who makes your stupid product and we don't need to see a big honking label that would pretend to promote your company like it's some kind of Louis Vuitton status bag, while breaking up the camo with black that is terrible for camo and draws the eye to movement. Fortunately the threads can be cut and the label removed though I wouldn't call it easy given the type of stitch used. The safety cord seems far too short and fragile to be useful for anything unless you are mounting the pouch right near your face and circumstances never result in your optic getting caught or yanked on anything. The real kick in the balls with this product is that it only comes with one keeper. Though stated in the listing description, this is not intuitive or expected imo, and can be easy to overlook if you don't read every word. For anyone intending to install this on PALS webbing and not just on a belt or strap, which I expect is the vast majority of their potential customers, you'll need to buy another keeper which will be difficult find. Fortunately they sell them on their site, including outrageous shipping for something that could be sent in an envelope with a stamp, for a total cost of around another $10 for this little clip, pushing the total price above $40...considerably higher than their competition. Considering the initial price of this item and that it should be included to begin with, I don't appreciate the overcharging tactics or inconvenience. An alternative might be to use Alice clip/keeper. If you don't already have them kicking around you can buy a dozen or more for the same $10 or less. Not having done this though I suspect the loops may be too small in diameter to fit the Alice clips well.Given what I feel is a sleazy business tactic, this will probably be the first and last product I buy from them. Not including two keepers seems like an obvious omission and limits the number of customers who can use this as is...an ill considered business decision imo. Also, not selling these on Amazon is an additional inconvenience. Customers should be able to purchase both at the same time and not have to disclose and risk additional personal information on yet another website to puchase their products. I hope their marketing people pull their head out and act like they care about their customers and change these practices. It would be far better in my opinion to pay an extra $2 up front, and not use it if it's not needed, than to get scammed later...but hey, they wouldn't make as much money if they sold it like they should would they. Here is what their support says about why only one clip is included for anyone who is interested:"Thanks for the message. Each RFP comes with just one gate keeper (clip). The gatekeeper is to be placed on the side of the RFP nearest the binopack and slid behind the female buckle. The opposite side is connected by threading the male buckle through the belt loop (3/8" brown webbing) that runs vertically right next to the loop that the gatekeeper slides in. The gate keeper functions to keep the pouch from sliding down the harness strap. If you place two gate keepers on the pouch, it will not have the padding of the pack to keep the gate keeper from digging into your ribs. If connecting to a regular belt, remove the gate keeper and use both belt loops for the connection points. We do sell additional gate keepers on our website directly, but they are not available through Amazon."

nice product and good people
Bought this to attach my Vortex rangefinder to a hip sack hunt pack. I use two different styles of hunting pack based on weather and needs. I have a traditional backpack for hunts that require covering a lot of ground and carrying extras like a poncho or a turkey decoy, and a lighter hip sack style pack for warm weather or shorter stalks close to the truck. The pouch attached and stays put with the use of the included gate keeper clasp. I was a bit confused on how to properly attach it at first, but after a short phone call to the owner of the company (his card was included) and another to the guy that actually designed the pouch I had it all figured out. It's nice that the owner was willing to talk to me. The pouch gives me stealthy quiet yet quick access to the rangefinder without fumbling around with buckles, buttons or noisy hook and loop. I may buy another for my bigger pack.

It’s okay, not perfect.
It’s okay, not the same caliber as the binocular pouch. I tried it on the binocular harness as designed but didn’t like it there. I use a Leupold RX1200 which fits inside, but was difficult to get out. I moved it to the waist strap on my pack, which works much better. The included bungee lanyard was too flimsy, I tossed it in the trash and made one with black 550 cord. If you want a pouch for your rangefinder, it works, but could use some improvement. (Maybe slightly larger and a better lanyard)

First Lite Cipher is close but not exact
Uploaded a picture for comparison. I was excited to pick up the First Lite Cipher to replace my TecTecTec rangefinder case (and match my camo). You can see the color isnt a spot on match, but its fairly close. Quality is solid, just not a perfect color match.

Definitely worth it!
Love this pouch! Fits my Kilo2000 rangefinder perfectly. Seems to be really well made, I imagine this thing will last forever. The bungee retention strap fits a tad loose, still secure, but I would prefer it tighter. (I can’t complain, 30 seconds and it’s perfect)If I had to pick something to complain about, I’d say that it only comes with one little belt clip, which was ever-so-slightly disappointing. I really liked that clip, hopefully I can find somewhere to buy some more!

Vortex Ranger
With the vortex ranger this pouch is very tight and difficult to get the device out with one hand. I would go a different route.

Good pouch, not as easy to work with one hand.
Great pouch for my Vortex Ranger 1800. Fits great and secures the range finder when not in use. Only issue I have had so far is getting the range finder out of the pouch. Might just be my pouch but removing it isnt as easy and as fast as I would like it to be. Seems to get hung up a bit unless I use my other hand to hold the pouch. Minus that one thing the pouch is great.

Works like it should
Had a tough time finding a wearable pouch for my range finder. It fits my TecTecTec range finder perfect and comes with the elastic cord to keep it from hitting the ground. Material seems like it will last.

Sloppy
I don't even understand how this thing has such a good rating. Even if the product arrived on time, which it didn't, even if it fit my rangefinder, which is tight, it flops around on my harness strap. It doesn't slide back and forth because of the gatekeeper clip, which is the only thing I like about this pouch, it angles forward because of the weight. If they sent it with two gatekeeper at least then I could fasten it to my bino harness instead of the strap. But that part to get shipped on its own would cost the same as another one of these mediocre pouches. So I go to send it back and the company accepts the return but even then, guess who pays the shipping.

Great Nino pack
Great pack, big enough for big binos, front pocket could fit a range finder, side pockets can fit small calls or other stuff

Noisy fabric
Purchased this for my rangefinder. All is good except this is not a product for bowhunting. It is not made of quiet material. Disappointed about that aspect.
