Do it print the Pictures?

If you want to print pictures via this display, you have to install a mini PC or Media player and connect the mini PC or Media player with your printer. Then it will work.

Does it come with OS installed?

No, this is just a touch monitor kiosk without any media player or OS. But your could connect to your own with the cables provided.

Is there space in the back to hide the PC?

Yes, the depth of kiosk is 10CM, if you install PC with depth less than 5CM could be hide in the kiosk.

What are the dimensions of the inside panel? Id like to make sure my computer fits inside.

I don't have the dimensions, but it's small and probably won't fit a Tower PC. I use a mini PC (bought it from Amazon). I really don't recommend expecting a full size PC to fit.
