I have eczema on my hands since going through menopause and have tried everything out there to help keep the flares and rough patches down, so they do not dry out and rack. I read someone's review who said they noticed improvements on their hand eczema after the rubbing the excess lotion that they were rubbing this into their feet on their hands, which was their original reason for purchasing as a foot cream. I purchased it on this review, and IT WORKS! I have been using it as my primary hand lotion since 2024 and while it doesn't stop the eczema it keeps my hands pretty clear and to me it is worth the $$$. I know there is another lotion by this company for hands but it as many other added ingredients and I don't want to risk a flare up if I happen to have a reaction to any of those so I will stick with this one.

This is the most moisturizing cream I have used on my feet. It's best at night with soft cozy socks on.
