Can anyone get this case to charge iPhone 13 wireless charging? I have the xr version that works wonderfully. So why doesn’t the 13?

My iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 13 with UAG cases both charge on my INSIGNIA Qi wireless charging pad, but not on the charging pad in my car. They are very sensitive to position on the charger.

Will this case fit with a glass screen protector on the phone?

Yes. I use Zagg screens with the UAG cases. On my Note 9, 20 Ultra, and my son's IPhone 13.

Does this have a plug cover for the lightning port?

No… the charging port is open, no coverage.
