Crunchy and easy to pair with any spread
These crackers are crunchy and taste neutral. You can pair them with something sweet or salty. They are very healthy and fit well into my organic food regiment.

Quality. Price.
A. Very nice crunch factor. 5% Total carbs. 2% dietary fiber. Gluten free. B. 0% Salt. Very good product for meeting salt restricted diets. C. Gluten free. Wonderful product for suffers of some very serious bowl illnesses. D. Very good for dips, most resistant to crumbling when dipping. E. Price is a little high. If you can catch them on sale, get several packages - I have not experienced any issue regarding spoilage. Enjoy.

Less gluten make these perfect. Why?
The hardest thing about shifting foods is taste, expanse, and overall ease of finding the item. It was tough when the VA pointed out inflammation could be a culprit to my military injury hurting extra. The reduction of gluten and dairy has helped tremendously. Crackers are a favorite. Searching high and low found these at Natural Grocer. While adding to my subscribe and save came accords a case of these for less than the store cost. They're crunchy and gluten-free. My only qualm is not flavorful. This said I've grown accustomed to enjoying certain foods different than when I grew up for health benefits. Getting creative with how these are enjoyed. Overall I'm pleased I have a healthy option I can even give the dog with a little peanut butter. These go great in soup, with peanut butter, cheese, and sardines with hot sauce, tuna. Iโve dipped them in chocolate for my daughter in law similar to other regular crackers for holiday treats and they taste good. At first the flavor might be a turn off when unsalted, but these will grow on a palate over time with regular use. To extend the shelf life I keep them in the freezer. โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ๐ฏ

NO HIDDEN GARBAGE INGREDIENTS IN THESE
These crackers are essentially just brown rice. And organic brown rice at that. Since I went on a restricted diet, part of which is to eat as much pure organic food as possible, it has been really difficult to find certain items that I can actually eat in some of the categories I would like to have. For example, there is a pretty good selection of Organic vegetables if you go to the right place, and grass-fed beef is getting easier to find (albeit kind of pricey). Try finding snack crackers, though, that don't have gluten, or some kind of wheat, or canola or sesame oil, etc., etc. There is just something gratifying about being able to eat something that feels like you are allowed to have snack food without wondering if you will be paying a consequence sometime soon. You can make up a healthy dip and eat them like chips without worry. My own favorite is stacking up pieces of sliced and sauteed Portabello mushrooms on top, maybe with a few chunks of organic Mozzarella cheese and ordering up a free movie from the Prime collection. I was happy to find these. I bought the last one at the local Sprouts market, and then found out I could just order them by the dozen--always have some in stock and pay less too. These are the only crackers I could find from 4 different health food stores that weren't loaded with gobs of other ingredients.

A surprise
I bought these because they were rated non-detect glyphosate from Mamavation. I didn't expect to like them but thought they would work as a necessary light carb. I was surprised. They are fresh and delicious. I mix toppings to include protein. I'm happy that I took a chance.

Poor packaging for normal shipment
These crackers are high quality, tasty and I thoroughly enjoy them. They stay crunchy and are one of may favorite snacks with cheese or other salsa or dip. It is the packaging that was poor to the level of being nearly incompetent. (The carrier was Federal Express, but this is a packaging not a shipping problem.) The 12 packs were inside a double wall, corrugated display box. The display box was inside another double wall, corrugated box. The boxes are undamaged. However, the interior display box was protected/cushioned from the outside shipping box by only three wads of kraft paper. That quality of cushioning was absolutely inadequate for protecting the fragile items: crackers. One third of the crackers are in very small pieces, not crushed but severely damaged, reduced to rice crispy size. Items like this need "popcorn" or "worms" or small foam pieces as packing material to absorb the shock of normal shipping. Perhaps eliminating the display box and packing the cracker containers directly in popcorn-type material would be even more effective. I've learned my lesson. I'll be very wary of ordering anything through Amazon with this potential for damage.

Brown Rice Snaps, Unsalted Plain with Organic Brown Rice
Brown Rice Snaps, Unsalted Plain with Organic Brown Rice I was recently prescribed some medication that must be taken 'with food' in the morning, and evening. I do not normally eat breakfast, so the 'morning' part was awkward. Due to my 'reduced sodium' diet, Saltine cracker were out. These are good. They taste like rice cakes, but are crunchy like a cracker. They work for me.
