Great keyboard. Money well spent.
Great low profile keyboard. Works great and is just as good as the much higher priced competition. This is a super well made keyboard and the key sounds are good. This keyboard has some heft to it which is great.

Great keyboard if you dont want high name brand
Really nice budget keyboard. Rbg lighting. Yoh can download app to change the light pattern or do it from the keyboard directly. Good value gor the money. Been using for 2 years now. A key or two got stuck here and there but they give 5 extra so i replaced and all good. Cleaned it out and worked like new. Feel is great and clickiness is nice. Quick and responsive. The black matched my pc.

Good keyboard, but with a few shortcomings
This low-profile keyboard offers some very nice features at this price range. Firstly, the volume wheel is amazing. You don't need to use keyboard shortcuts. Secondly, the low profile keys are easy to type with and the RGB has some good lighting. There are also some programmable macro buttons at the top of the keyboard. My version was wired and wireless (2.4 GHz dongle and Bluetooth), and the cable came with an included USB-C to USB-A adapter in case your computer has no type C port. These are some of the things that stopped it from giving it 5 starts. For starters, there seemed to be either some kind of random delay or temporary loss of connection while gaming. This sometimes causes whatever key being pressed to get "stuck" and keeps registering this. Albeit, this was only seen while gaming, with the issue lasting about half a second (Which is noticeable with fast-action games, not really when casually using it). This issue was noticed on both wired and Bluetooth. The 2.4GHz wasn't tested for this as there was some interference when using it, which may have been an issue on my end. Secondly, the keys themselves were easy to accidentally press, especially when the keys are sensitive to be pressed to begin with (being low-profile). Overall, the keyboard is for the most part good, but some of these issues were a bit bothersome, stopping me from giving it 5 stars (It's more of 4.5 tbh).

Great Keyboard. Updated review
*UPDATE* I changed cords from the OEM and it is working great now. I thing I may have gotten a faulty cord. Updating to 5 stars as the goods outweigh the bad. get a keyboard cord as a back up just in case. Battery now lasts days with moderate use. - The keys do sometimes not respond after a couple months, but I have E-contact cleaner to lube/clean my keys, and I will just spray the key with that and it works like new. Wireless has no noticeable latency. I have had this since July 2023, and the battery lasts only 1.5 hours. Everything else is good, used to go 6 hours straight on battery, but that is gone. Would've bought a Logitech.

6 month review
I really wanted to like this keyboard, out of my 2 keychrons K1 and K6, Logitech TKL wireless, Drevo, and royal kludge tkl wireless, this WAS my favorite. Both Bluetooth and USB works well. Battery life is longer than my keychrons. RGB is bright though I never turned it on after the initial inbox. No issues gaming (Valorant, COD). Switching between Bluetooth and USB is easily my favorite feature since Iโm running 3 machines and my work PC doesnโt have Bluetooth. Nice to manage all 3 with one keyboard. Problems!! - the volume scroll wheel never worked well. You have to scroll slowly then it picks it up on windows, else the scroll stutters - the switches are bad. Just straight bad. They donโt feel like reds at all. Laptop switches are better than these. This makes me want to use my membrane keyboards, thatโs how bad they are. - there is a bug probably in the software when sometimes it will take the last key stroke and hold it so like thisssssssssss (example how the s gets stuck) Most of us just need 1 solid keyboard that nails all the fundamentals such as solid switches (fail), functioning usb/Bluetooth(pass), decent battery life(good enough), and functioning keys(scroll function). Overall the keyboard lacks quality control!! Shame because itโs such a good keyboard. Also why no blue or brown switches?

Hope You Wanted a Shoddy Wired Keyboard
The dongle flat out does not work. Sadly the keyboard feels like a quality product, but it does not connect wirelessly at all. Even connecting via USB directly to the computer there are missed keypresses. This is complete garbage.

Feels very durable and takes up little space.
BUY IT BUY IT BUY IT!!!! This is by far my favorite keyboard, I had a Razor keyboard with the number pad and it constantly got in the way when playing first person shooters. So I went with a smaller footprint and fell in love with the mechanical style. The keys are very responsive and not loud at all. I was looking at getting the smaller razor but it's $200 so decided to give this one a shot and it's well worth it.

I cant recommend it as a wireless keyboard.
***UPDATE*** After working with Redragon trying to resolve the wireless issue I was unable to get this keyboard to work as advertised. That said, my experience with Redragon customer service was fantastic. When I made them aware of the problem they got back in touch within a day or so. All communications was done through E-Mail. Given that Redragon is a Chinese company their employees are not native English speakers and they likely used some translators to communicate. Nevertheless, they were responsive and seemed to understand my issues and were able to communicate effectively. We worked through the various troubleshooting steps. Once we had exhausted the troubleshooting they sent me a new keyboard. It too had the same wireless problems as the first. My initial reviews of this product stands confirmed (See below), but I would continue to recommend Redragon's products. I have a fair number of both wired and wireless products from them. They work as advertised and continue to function flawlessly for me. This specific keyboard is simply a dud for wireless connectivity. ***Original Review*** I was looking for a wireless/Bluetooth mechanical keyboard to replace my trusty but aging Logitech K830. I used the keyboard mostly for Gaming (Sim Racing, RPG, and MMOs) and light document typing. It was functional and sat nicely in my lap as I sat in my racing rig. I came upon this keyboard and thought it really fit my needs.. Mechanical, Backlit (assignable RGB), wireless via 2.4Ghz and bluetooth. I own other Redragon products including several mice and another wired mechanical keyboard, which I am thoroughly satisfied with. I expected this one to be the same, sadly it was not. First to the things I like about this keyboard. 1. The mechanical switches are great to type on. They are low profile and have a relatively short throw. They feel significantly better than the chiclet style keys I was coming from. They are not as nice as the Blue switches I have on my other Redragon mechanical keyboard, but the switches on this keyboard still have a very good feel to them. No Specific "Click", but a satisfying noise nonetheless. Quiet enough not to annoy anyone around me. 2. The RGB is fantastic. Lots of options for colors and patterns. Each key is specifically addressable and programable. I specifically used the Redragon software to program specific button colors for the various key groupings in the game I am currently gorging on. (Guild Wars 2). There is a very slight nigle when using the FN button and one of the memory keys (F1 through F4) in that it turns the key a different color and I have to reset the keyboard to remove the off color. It may be user error and I was not bothered enough to look into it. 3. The size is perfect for my purpose. I sit the keyboard in my lap as I play due to gaming on a racing rig. This keyboard is well sized for that purpose. Since it does not have a number pad it fits exactly as I need it. 4. Programming macros and special functions are possible with this keyboard through the Redragon software. I have not really dove into any of the programming functions but am aware they are available. 5. The price of the keyboard was well within my budget and for the feature set and potential capability it was a great value proposition. All the above features are available in other keyboards, both from redragon and other manufacturers. But, The price this keyboard is being sold at made this most compelling option. And now the things I didn't like. 1. The software is pretty anemic. It basically lets you assign colors and patterns for the RGB, including specific keys, and also allows for Macros to be assigned. There is a link to their website but no link to their support page, which in and of itself is nothing more than a form to fill out and email them. There is no troubleshooting or FAQ page. If you need help you have to email them your concerns. 2. The keyboard must be plugged in to use the software. You can not use the software for programming or changing color settings on the keyboard unless it is plugged into the PC via USB, and using the USB connectivity. This may be related to my problem addressed below. 3. Now to the real problem with this keyboard, and it is a common complaint as I scroll through the reviews. The bluetooth and 2.4Ghz wireless features are completely broken. I have a Bluetooth 5.0 dongle on my PC that I use for BT connectivity. This keyboard simply would not be seen by my BT receiver. If there was a signal, it would typically come up as "Unrecognized signal" or something else nonsensical. I discovered I had a BT program on my PC that was causing those errors and fixed that issue. After removing the offending software I was able to occasionally see the BT3.0 and BT5.0 signal. It was very sporadic and more often than not would not be located by the BT receiver. On the rare occasions I was able to connect the keyboard it would disconnect or the keystrokes would have significant latency (4-8 seconds). This made the keyboard completely unusable for wireless purposes and I had to plug it in and use the "USB" connection type to be able to use the keyboard. The wireless connectivity, or lack thereof, is the only real problem with the keyboard. In that mode it is completely useless. While plugged in and using USB connectivity it works flawlessly. This obviously thwarts the entire reason I purchased this keyboard. I am currently working with Redragon support on finding a solution to the wireless problem, but to this date their solutions, including a firmware update, (Downgrade by the numbering on the firmware provided) have not yet resulted in a fix. If this problem is resolved I will update my review. For now though, If you are looking for a wireless keyboard go elsewhere. If this were a wired keyboard I would be tickled pink, but alas, it is intended to be a wireless product. In that respect it is a complete fail.

As a former G915TKL user
the G915 is like 1/4 of the price of this, but this provides you with extra switches ;) Of course built quality is gonna differ but the quality on the K621 is great. Volume knob doesn't spin so loosely and have a slight grip to it. RGB is bright enough, keycaps feels nice has slight texture to it vs a smooth keycaps. 2.4ghz seems to work fast too. only time will tell how long will this keyboard last.

Review after 1year
Definetly better than 3.9 star. Working fine, durable, feels heavy and stable. Not as silent as expected. Wireless range is around 7/8 meters. Daily charge for 15min, whole day it lasts. Easy to remove keys by hand and can clean with toothbrush.
