Vinyl Mast Boot - Protect Your Boat from Drips Down The Mast

I purchased this boot for my Endeavour 33. Unfortunately the Post Office delivered the package to an unknown address, and I didn't receive it. The customer support people were great at USAMADE, communicated quickly and frequently and sent me a new one out at zero cost. I installation of the mast boot went well, looks neat, and is water tight. If you follow the instructions, take you time, the boot will work well and look better than tape. We chose to seal ours at the top and bottom with 3M UV 4000 sealant and added white electrical tape along the top over the lip and excess sealant. Needed to replace our old mast boot. This was fairly easy to install, just take your time measuring before cutting. Be careful when measuring the size of clamps you need. It is slippery when trying to silicone and glue it in place while tightening the clamps.

Basically useless. You have to cut it and glue it to get it on. Works about as well as a roll of duct tape at 1000x the price. Seems to be the only product on the market though.

The actual boot is very floppy and not at all like in the product photos. I made it work and it’ll seal fine but the cuts are much harder not being clearly formed like seller’s photos or even on the box and included instructions. It’s essentially just a soft vinyl bowl shape with some soft hardly formed circular ripples in the material.

After wrapping mast/partner there has been no more water intrusion. Looks good too

Definitely something you have to fit yourself, I felt the quality wasn’t quite as good as I expected… But overall I am pleased

Does what it's supposed to do. Thick material, should last a while, even with dropping the rig each season
