Saker Mini Chainsaw Cordless,Portable Electric Chainsaws with 2 Batteries

3 years strong and can't find anything bad about this little wonderful chainsaw. It's so easy to adjust and oiling the chain is a breeze. The size is perfect for getting into areas that are too small for loppers and the big chainsaw. The chain is easy to sharpen - in fact just ordered replacement chain since the original has been sharpened so many times the teeth are finally worn down. The case makes it easy to put in our side by side when heading out into the woods for trail clearing. This has been a great tool for trimming shrubs with woody stems and getting small stumps even with the ground. It's perfect for trimming dead limbs from pine trees. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the Saker mini chain saw for 3 years, and after using it again this season 2026, I fully recommend. PRO: Very good value given that it’s lasted 3 years with no extra maintenance, other than to faithfully clean and oil after each use. I did purchase on sale. It comes with 2 batteries and charger. Mine came fully charged, and maintained the charge for amany months on the shelf. It also has screwdriver and hex chain tool in a very functional box. It includes a small bottle of oil, but vegetable oil can be used once that is depleted. The instruction manual is very good, contains illustrations and safety instructions, and is easy to follow. It advises user to undercut when trying to cut thru larger branches, and stop use if the battery becomes hot. I am an older female with arthritis, and I find it lightweight and easy to use. Obviously wood varies greatly; it will usually cut easily through 1/2” branch, or small sapling, in single cut. It takes a bit of time and effort to get thru larger branches. I have no experience with any similar product so I don’t have anything to compare, but it’s a game changer vs manual tools or heavier battery operated hedge trimmer. 2 friends saw mine in action and decided to purchase their own. CONS: I believe the cons would be the same for any comparable product: The batteries last me a few hours, but would not last thru a full day of continual use. The chain does loosen, but easy to adjust. It does not work well on soft foliage, it clogs up fairly quickly, and becomes a nuisance to clean. Although small, there can be “spring back”without warning - adhere to safety instructions. After 3 years (which did not involve heavy use) it is in protein condition and functioning flawlessly.

Have used this very little, but it has been great so far. It is ideal for those branches that are between lopper & big chain saw size. Also, it's great for trimming little twigs that grow out of a larger branch. I tried it on a 3" green branch and it worked satisfactorily; but it's not something I would normally ask it to do. My only objection is there is no warning when the battery is depleted; not a big deal in the scheme of things. The battery does seem to last for quite a bit of time before it depletes - maybe 15-30 min with pretty steady use.

I've had this little beauty for a couple of years now. I have rows of laurel bushes and when we first moved in, they were very overgrown. I have a pole saw and several clippers I used as well but this tool is SO convenient! It went everywhere I could go and sometimes those were tight spaces. I could make those thicker cuts easily wherever I needed to. The extra battery is super convenient! I also love a good carrying case to keep everything organized. Very pleased with this saw. Nicknamed her "Betty" for Betty White as she's small, powerful and makes me smile.

OK. I got this at Christmas and today ( May 25) is the first time I took it out. The batteries were already charged- hooray! I took the time to read the manual carefully. I had attended women's chainsaw weekend in Maine and have experience using a full size chainsaw. Like most manuals translated into english for things made in China, my manual is a little confusing and does not give directions as how to start the machine, so if you are a newbie, press in the button with your thumb and hold it in, then pull the trigger and it will run. PLEASE read all the cautions and instructions CAREFULLY. Make sure you understand the instructions. Remember to oil the chain before use. Today I used it to cut about 30 dead lower branches on a mature spruce, and then the battery gave out but I was impressed with how tough it was and glad I Bought the model that came with two batteries because I went and did the same thing on another elderly spruce with the second battery. The chain did loosen and no surprise, the manual is totally unclear as to where the screw is located for tightening the chain- NOT self-evident as one would imagine. So I guessed... it seems that screw to tighten the chain is on the blue back side of the machine at the little sticking out "peninsula" area of the motor housing. I tried tightened that screw and it worked. That was sheer luck as there are other screws I might have tried! Make sure you have a ruler with millimeter markings so you can tell if you chain is too loose or too tight. ALWAYS remove the battery before checking chain tension etc. A 4 inch saw can cause serious bodily harm so please make sure you always are in a stable stance before you run the saw, and make sure the chain has some to a complete stop BEFORE moving your feet to change your position. Make sure you have two hands firmly on the handle to hold with a solid supportive stance, so if kickback happens, you can handle it. Make sure you do not use it above shoulder height as kickback at that angle is harder to control and can be deadly. So for all you newbies out there, use caution and be sure to check your chain periodically. Never ever get so "familiar " with any size chain saw that you stop being uber careful. Have fun. I love my new little machine. If anything goes wrong with it I will update my review. But SO FAR SO GOOD.

Little chainsaw big results! I'm impressed with how well it cuts even large branches. A 30ft tree fell on our fence and I was able to cut it down in about 20 minutes! 10/10

This is one tough little chain saw! I bought mine 2023 & it is still going strong! Only problem I am having is getting a replacement chain. The description says it has a 240mm guide bar & overall length 350mm. I assumed it was 6" (inches) because I even neasured it BUT 6 INCHES WAS TOO LONG! I still have the instruction manual but that does not tell me what size replacement chain to order. Weird right? I'm going to order the 4" chain & see what happens. Still this is an excellent saw. I definitely recommend it;

great little saw, battery lasts, chain still going well a year later ( I do oil it when cutting a new branch), I built a little sawhorse for doing the cutting of bigger logs which makes it safer but no injuries and I'm careful.

What a great little chainsaw, super easy to look after and gets through a good amount of work with each battery. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this for anyone who doesn’t want to handle an oversize chainsaw. Obviously it wouldn’t be great for a large tree trunk but when you’re pruning even the thickest of branches, it’s great. Easy to use and safe – lightweight & powerful couldn’t ask for more for trimming tree branches!
