Very good perfect this portable printer is what I needed easy to install the ink cartridges brings manual use to program everything in a super easy way the charge lasts a lot I charge it once and the battery is very good I arrive 4 days using it I have connected my USB and it recognizes it quickly I have connected my phone it is very easy also this product is of a very good quality the screen is of a very perfect size the material with which this product is made is good also brings Charger and accessories: The ink cartridge lasts a long time, the print looks good.

This thing has totally changed the game for my small business. We sell individual vinyl stickers at a booth in a marketplace mall. This allows me to barcode each sticker, so that I can keep up with inventory. No way could I handwrite a description on 1000s of stickers for someone to manual key at check-out. Even if I wasn't barcoding and only printing my vendor # and price, this would still be worth it! There is a slight learning curve, but overall it was super easy to get started. I am only using it for small printing of barcodes and text, though, so I can't review some of the other features like larger printing, graphics, etc. I've been using it for almost 4 months averaging a few hours per week, and it's still going great. After the initial charging, I've only had to charge it once. You can also use it while it's plugged in which means a low/dead battery doesn't stop work. I remove the print cartridge after each use and put it back in the reusable cover. I'm not sure if that's what you're supposed to do or not as there aren't any instructions for that. I clean the print head with a q-tip of alcohol before each use, or it will not print well. I have not had any problems printing, and the cartridge is still going strong. The metal printing guide could be a little more safety-friendly - the edges are sharp and uncomfortable for long barcoding sessions...a little duct-tape on the corners mostly fixed that. Overall, the only complaint some may have is the lack of instructions, especially for more complicated uses, but I managed to figure it out quickly and put it to use.

I’d consider myself a 7 out of 10 on the tech spectrum (10 being a coder or someone with a tech degree) and this machine did not possess half of the advertised features. I’m sure using it as text to print works great but the USB image features are impossible to use. I tried converting several simple black images to the only accept image format (BMP) and not a single file would open for me. After 2.5 hours of attempting to manipulate multiple files I packed the machine back up and printed a return label.

Compact and works exactly as described. Ideal for printing dates and logos quickly. The battery life is solid and the print quality is sharp. Highly recommended for small businesses!

This handheld ink printer is an awesome tool to add to your list if you pack alot of items to store away. I have horrible hand writing and this has helped me to print what I needed on my boxes. The print quality is great and this is fun to mess around with and I let mt son play with it and he loves it as well since it keeps him busy. You can use it right out the box, just insert the cartridge and you're ready to go.

Pretty cool, I’ve never used one before and so this would be perfect to print on my cosmetics jars. It’s easy to use. Very simple, I was able to use the usb stick to add my logo, while it did print it, it was ofcourse small. Otherwise I’ll be using this for my boxes and jars for dates and qr codes Great product.

This printer is a great value for what it delivers. Great, consistent print quality. Very flexible design options. Needs improvement: You can only edit templates on the device, and it can be time consuming to use the touchscreen to design artwork. It may be best to design your artwork in a tool like Photoshop, and export to the supported black and white bitmap format on a USB stick for printing. The plastic guide included with my printer didn't guide well. The chamfered edges of the printer didn't align properly. There's no place to store the stylus on the printer, which means it will get lost soon.

Update: Great customer service! I couldn’t figure out how to use the machine. I wrote to Amazon who put me in touch with the seller. I sent him a message detailing exactly what I was trying to do. He recorded a video showing step by step how to do it and I GOT IT TO WORK!!!! So thrilled because I really wanted to use this item and love it. And I do. Thank you to the super friendly, understanding and accommodating seller. If there were ten stars, he deserves them. I so want to love this item but the instruction booklet is mostly in Chinese with a few translations into English. Woefully insufficient. I have been sitting here for two hours trying to make the print field smaller and have two lines of print for batch code and Best By date. Two hours and I can’t get it to do what I need. I’m no dummy (do dummies know they’re dumb?) but I could use some clearer instructions. 🤦🏽‍♀️
