5'2 24 year old female,small hands most likely will use this guitar for rocksmith 2014, is this small for kids? Or can Adults used this too?

I'm a 5'8 male, and while the highest frets can be a bit crowded for me, I find it more enjoyable to play the lower frets than on my 25.5 inch scale schecter. Overall, it's a fun, fast, usable guitar at a great price.

My Son is 12 5'0, but he has small fingers, do you think he'll fit the 24 frets?

Yes. Even people with larger hands can play higher frets with no issues. It will all come down to practice and technique

Is this guitar too small for a 5’3 woman who’s used to a 25.5 scale guitar?

I'm 5'9" and can play it. But understand, it wouldn't be my "go to" guitar. If you're buying it for her primary guitar, you're better off buying a full scale guitar. I bought this for my daughter who's 4"9' when she was about 10 years old.
