Wrong plug
For delivery to Italy the order was fulfilled from the UK and thus had the wrong plug. Amazon offered only a return. Cuis UK said they recommend using only the included plug (as opposed to a USB brick from a phone) and Cuis IT didn’t respond to my inquiry. Love Cuis products but AZ and IT support was disappointing.

Excellent product from a trusted brand
This review is for the cordless mini prep pro. I already own the medium version and am very happy with it, but I wanted a smaller machine that I could just take out of the cupboard and use it straight away. This fits the bill perfectly. No plugs or wires. As long as it's charged up, it can be used anywhere. Up to now, I've used it for small mixing and chopping jobs, anything bigger, then I'll get the medium machine out. It has two buttons. One for chopping, sharp side, and one for grinding, blunt side. Please note that when switching from one way to the other, the machine needs to pause for a second or two, this is not a fault, its to enable the motor to stop fully before changing direction. Also, the machine will not work unless the bowl and the lid are properly in place. Instruction book and recipes are provided. I have always been happy with anything with Cuisinart brand, and this is no exception. Highly recommended, well worth the price.

Great mini food processor! 🍴🔪 The Cuisinart Cordless Mini Prep Pro is a well-made, sleek and compact chopper that makes chopping onions, mixing spices, and grinding so much easier. The design is modern, and it looks great on my countertop. 🌟 The 900ml capacity is perfect for small tasks, and I love the convenience of USB charging - 2 hours for a full charge! ⚡ One small issue: one of the buttons was a bit sticky, but it didn’t affect the overall performance - however I did return it due to the sticky button.
