Review: Quality Lifting Tape - GREAT lifting tape for CrossFit and heavy lifting; no sticky residue leftover, easy to apply and rip (no scissors needed), and provides flexibility/movement of my thumbs while lifting. I typically use lifting tape for power cleans, especially when we are doing high reps to protect my thumbs, and this tape was PERFECT. The tape from Walmart would stick to my skin, and under 5 minutes into my workout, It'd be slipping and sliding. I could never deadlift very well with it because it would just slip while picking up a heavy weight -- very dangerous. I then swapped over to this tape and OH MY.. the difference! I can add more or less without needing scissors as it's easily ropable, and it does NOT SLIP! I haven't had this for too long and will edit this if I have any problems in the future, but this is a game changer. I loved not having to worry about my hands slipping while deadlifting, stayed in tack, AND gave me some flexibility because it's slightly stretchy unlike the Walmart one. Feels breathable and great, cannot beat this price, especially for how many rolls you get. ZERO complaints from me so far! This is by far the best tape I've come across for heavy lifters, you NEED to try this! Also protects me from calluses pretty well.

GREAT lifting tape for CrossFit and heavy lifting; no sticky residue leftover, easy to apply and rip (no scissors needed), and provides flexibility/movement of my thumbs while lifting. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Two (blister-less) Thumbs Up

I got this tape from a friend since my thumbs kept getting blisters from hook grips. This tape is awesome. Movable, breathable, and easy to rip. I recently used it for a WOD with TTB, rowing, KB cleans, snatches, and swings, and it got through all of that without budging. That was also with a clean complex ladder beforehand. I used to use regular white tape and it would always bunch up by the end of the work out, which would lead me to worse blisters and a harder WOD. This tape does not bunch up AT ALL. The only thing is that an end piece might flap up (not sure if you can imagine what I'm talking about) if I don't securely put it on, but it's rare. When it does, I barely notice it because it still doesn't move and my thumbs are still protected. I'm about to start using it on my callouses for TTB and pull ups, which I'm sure will be fine by how long these held up!* *See attached picture. They held up through sushi! WOD and sushi proves that it works for me.
