Genuine product. Got it with 30% discount. However, one may get same or more discount in a shop. 30% is not bad for a genuine Kohler product. We have installed it and are using it.

Great hand shower
Great hand shower with multiple spray modes. Can be maintained well if supposed well after every use from hard water stains. Good length pipe provided with it. Can be used with an adhesive holder

Quality, Class & clear written instructions with part numbers
All the required parts were in the package. No hand shower holder though and this was clearly told in the posting. Right out of the box, you get a premium feel. Installation was a breeze, if you are mindful of the instructions. Washers were supplied. All the parts came in sealed packets. Thanx to seller Cloudtail for sending sealed, original product. Haven't checked whether it is original or not but here's the thing, Kohler called me up today to check if product is working well or not. They also offered free plumber help for any issues...guess I got an original product after all :) On durability, shall update post if something bad happens. Have started using the product, easy handling, one hand operation. Let's hope this lasts, fed up with cheaper and not so cheap brands.

Good design and multiple modes, but no holder
Using this hand shower for some time now and overall it works well and looks premium. What I liked: Premium finish with no leakage Bent design makes it easy and comfortable to use Comes with 4 shower modes The weight and size are perfect not too heavy or big The shower seems highly durable and sturdy Easy to install, was able to fit it without a plumber Things to consider: No stand or holder provided to keep the shower after use It cannot be too good for cleaning as the water pressure is not too high
