I am very satisfied with this heavy, rugged, and durable free standing pull-up bar. Besides the potential for multiple height adjustments, it allows for one to perform a number of bodyweight pulling and pushing exercises. Additionally, I can attach a Jungle Gym XT, TRX, or Cross Core War Machine (with or without kettlebells) to the apparatus and it doesn't budge. Also, there are lag bolt sized holes in the four corners for optional floor anchoring; so far, I haven't needed to do this. All in all, I am pleased with my purchase.

Shipping was WAY FASTER than advertised. I have been looking for something that can hold a 6'3 225 person for pull ups and mainly all I found were a few squat racks, however this piece of equipment caught my eye being highly adjustable and can add in dips and seemed to be stable enough for muscle ups. Put it together within an hour and I could not be more satisfied. Did not even have to bolt it down.

This is a very versatile bodyweight training system. What I appreciate is that this will be a great system for me from just beginning to as far as I can progress.Assembly was straight forward. It'll be great if you have someone help you hold pieces in place as you assemble but one person can do it if you're really handy. Watch the video on YouTube.The pull bar up height is adjustable to an excellent variety of heights and you can use the pull up bar or the dip bars to get a different hold when you do pull ups (see photo).The dip bar heights are adjustable so low that you can use them as parallets if you're just starting or for inclined or decline push ups using the dip bars for your hand holds. This way you get a deeper stretch during your push up. You can use a single bar to do triceps extensions (instead of using a bench). I like the stability of the system, as others have said, but you're going to have to weigh it down or anchor it if you plan to do kipping pull ups/ muscle ups, etc. Don't get it wrong, this unit is stable and you'll be able to confidently do normal pull ups. But if you're going to put it through its paces you'll want to anchor it or weigh it down with a couple of weight plates (see photo)or sand bags.I also use it to anchor workout bands (photo) to it. I'm not much into band training but do use them to warm up. Oh, I also hang my gym rings from the high pull up bar (photo). I'm just getting into rings training but so far the Bodyweight Master is working out very nicely with the rings. Also, the Evolutionize rings are nice but the straps in the photo did not come with them.Bottom line, if you're into bodyweight training or just getting into it you'll appreciate the good quality, versatility and all around value of this thing. I also like that didn't have to drill holes in the wall or ceiling. And, I can move it to the garage when the wife decides it time to move it. ;)

Solid piece of equipment. Does not wobble. Adjustable height so I can can take in and out of my garage to workout outdoors in the sun. Very satisfied with my purchase.

First off, consider the size of the space that you are using this in. I would recommend increasing your estimate of how large you think this will be, because the footprint is pretty massive.Once you are over the size, this this is 120lbs of solid metal, and it is stable like rock. Feel is like a powder coat and is great. Versatile and quick to change from pull ups to dips to whatever you want. Bolting it to the floor is a nice option although I haven't done that yet as it hasn't been necessary.

This thing is a monster! Totally solid and highly adaptable to various cool bodyweight training movements. Unique in the market place. I’m very happy with this product, just need a bigger space to house it now so I have enough headroom for muscle ups.
