Will the touch screen option be disabled with this screen?

The touchscreen will not work with this blue light filter. The filter is way too thick. It's a really good product otherwise though

what can be done to use when you have a montior that rotates?

This product is applied to the front of the screen. It does not effect the rotation. However, if you have a screen that turns horizontal or vertical in rotation you will need to use the adhesive stick dots that are provided with the product to prevent the bottom of the protector from swinging off the screen.

Why is blurry i cant see anything?

Personally I can see everything . This is magnetic screen protector . You need to install it correctly it fit my Macbook pro screen without any Blurriness . Clean off your screen before you install it . By using microfiber cleaning cloth for smart Device screens
