The 750 is over $110 more in cost ($639 for the 750, $529 for the 7500). The 750 includes 5 pre-programmed settings while the 7500 includes a fully adjustable variable speed dial (no pre-programmed settings). The 750 includes the recipe book "Create" whereas the 7500 includes the recipe book "Simply Fresh" which is geared towards healthy living recipes. In our opinion, the 7500 is the much better value with a much better recipe book, considering the main difference is the pre-programmed settings that will cost you $110 more for the 750. **Q: Will the VitaMix pulverize all berry seeds such as strawberries, raspberries and blackberries?** A: Hi, J. A few seeds may remain present, but most get smashed up in the blending process. I just tried my 7500 with strawberries and had a couple of seeds, but again, not many. **Q: Do you have any problems or issues with making a small single smoothie (~16oz) or do you need to make a larger smoothie batch?** A: If you use the 64 oz container on the 7500 (low-profile), it's not recommended to go under 2 cups (16 oz). In the meantime, I usually make a large batch of green juice to last me about three days. **Q: When will the issue of Teflon chips escaping from the o-ring and contaminating food be fixed? The "do nothing" approach is unacceptable.** A: I bought a Vitamix 7500. After a week I found out the issue with the Teflon particles so I tested my container: I put water, turned on the Vitamix as if making a smoothie and then poured the water in a white bowl and saw tons of little black specks. I did this several times hoping it would stop releasing the black specks but it continued to. i called Vitamix and all I could get from them was to customer rep reading a statement. Vitamix says the particles are safe to be ingested!!! If I pay more than $600.00 for a blender, should not expect it to release any extraneous materials in my food.
