Review: Great Frame for Puzzle mounting - This is a beautiful picture for puzzle makers wanting to display their favorite completed puzzle or artworks. The plexiglass cover is fixed into the frame therein providing more frame strength. I knocked the assembly rating one start because the only issue I had was the backer board, which is stiff and strong, was a very tight fit and took a little effort to remove and reinstall into the frame. If the frame maker, MCS, would reduce two edges of the backer board by about 1/16", that would allow the backer board to easily clear the installed holder clips without impacting the integrity of the clips holding power. I'm ordering more of MCS's frames to replace previously framed puzzles using frames of lesser quality and sturdiness.

I would definitely recommend this company and product if you want to frame a thin canvas economically.

**Q: Will I be able to hang this frame horizontally? Does it have mounting hardware already attached?**
A: Yes you can hang it either way.  It has a hanging thing for both options.

**Q: Will the 20x27" frame fit a B2 size (27.83 x 19.69) poster or should I size up to the 20x28"? The 20x28 is listed as 28.8", is the same true for 27"?**
A: picture frames generally run 1/8" larger than the advertised size in order to fit well. but 27.83 is going to be too big still. I would size up if I were you, unless you want to trim your artwork

**Q: can I cancel this order?**
A: No

**Q: How thick is the flexiglass? I have tried other frames and the clear plastic is too thin and doesn't lay flat.**
A: The flexiglass is very thin. It lays flat but, the frame itself is flimsy. I can't pick up the frame to hang it without the flexiglass coming out. If I pick it up by the hanging mechanism, it will hold. 
I'll be hanging this in our garage so not a big deal. Would I buy it again,  no.

The packaging was great, the frames are solid and a very pretty gold. If you are framing a poster or photo, these are perfect. If you want to frame a 5/8" stretched canvas like I did, this might help... 1. You will need to remove the brads that hold the backing in place. This takes a while and a bit of strength. 2.
