Worst customer service
To begin with, I wasn't expecting much with this chair, it was pretty inexpensive for that west elm look. It's not really that comfortable but I mean it's cute. My issue here is with their customer service. They accidentally sent me two more than I order (which normally wouldn't be a problem) but I had no room. Anyways I tried reaching out to return them and wow worst customer service ever. They keep sending me automatic emails saying they will get back to me but it's been a week and all they need to do is send me a label so I can send it back. I'm fed up with these two giant boxes in my living room. They aren't very concerned with their merchandise so if you have an issue don't expect it to get resolved. Who wants two free chairs?
