The allpondsolutions CUP-311 is a sleek, submersible pond pump and filter system delivering 2500 liters per hour flow, combined with an 11W UV steriliser to effectively control algae in ponds up to 4000L. Featuring multi-stage filtration with customizable media baskets and an adjustable fountain, it offers an all-in-one, easy-to-install solution for maintaining vibrant, clear water with minimal upkeep.

## Description

Product Description The all pond solutions all-in-one cup-311 system combines everything required to run a healthy algae-free small to medium sized pond. Designed as a single smart unit with a single power cable it allows for a much easier installation compared to a standard pond set up. The cup-311 includes a built-in 11W UVC lamp and filtration system combined with a 2500 Litres per hour pump eliminating the need to purchase an external filtration system, which can be difficult to integrate around the landscaping of a small pond. The included filtration media includes a large coarse filter foam that water must pass through first and also three filter media baskets, two are filled with ceramic biological filter media and the last one with k1 filter media. Alternatively you could change the included media inside these baskets for an alternative pond filter media of your choice.NOTE:Please open the unit up and take look at the bulb, is there any damage? Is there any water inside the quartz sleeve or any indication that water ingress has occurred to the bulb chamber? Please inspect the quartz sleeve for hair line cracks and ensure that all O-rings are in place and well lubricated. If you are testing the bulb outside of the casing, the cut off will prevent this from igniting when not connected. If you cannot see the light through the indicator window (bearing in mind that the UV light will appear faint in direct sunlight) you should test that the bulb is securely seated in the fitting. The safety override switch is located next to the bulb fitting. Please hold this is in when the power is on and the bulb should ignite (do NOT look directly at the bulb, preferably cover with a thin cloth). Locate the impeller and shaft in the pump and inspect for damage and clear the fittings and parts of any waste build-up. Ensure that the plastic propeller part of the impeller is attached to the magnetic part and that they have not come apart or split. If these parts looks fine and there are two rubber grommets fitted on each end of the shaft, or already inside the fittings, then re-assemble the unit. Please rinse both of the foams in the unit; you can also remove the smaller foam to free the flow up a little, for a short period of time. Lastly is the unit sat on the bottom of the pond? If so then we recommend raising the pump on some bricks to prevent large clumps of debris blocking the intake and restricting the flow.
