Well, it's perfect. The size, depth, and non stick ceramic coating is better than expected. It came packaged very well with two layers of plastic and a fabric cap to protect the lid from scratches or damage, all in a sturdy box. The pot is good quality, light, well made, and suitable for induction ceramic stove tops. Cost was good being a pre black Friday deal. Because if it is centigrade, that isn't that high** A: It is centigrade, which is hotter than Fahrenheit! 200 degrees f would only be about 120c, whereas 200c would be 400f. In the UK temperature is always given in centigrade **Q: do you have to season this and is it big enough to cook a risotto for 6? thanks** A: There is no need to season this pot. Yes it is big enough for risotto for 6. I regularly do paella or risotto for 3 and could easily double it without overloading the pan **Q: Can I use it to make sourbread in the oven?** A: I hadn't considering baking bread in the pot, but I certainly would try it.
