nCase Clear Aligner SmartCase and Mobile App (Case works with Invisalign, SmileDirectClub, ClearCorrect, Candid and All Other Clear Aligners/Clear Retainers)

Amazing product! I bought Smile club aligners but I keep forgetting to put them back in after eating soon the time the aligners spent out of my mouth was longer than in my mouth. This product solves all the problems I was having! When you remove the aligners put them in the nCase. The case senses your aligners. It sends a notification at a time you choose (for me 30mins) to remind you to put your aligners back in. There are settings if you just wear at night too! The app keeps track of the amount of time you wear your aligners and the amount of time they are in the case. There’s a notification if you leave the case behind which is great reminded me when I left the house without it and I grabbed it! There is a little buzz to help you locate as well. Really LOVE this product sharing with all my friends that have any kind of aligner or retainer. Would work with any Invisalign or smile Cub, etc!

Great product and does what I need to to. Want to make sure that my aligned guarantee is rock solid based on my wear time :) quality product and amazing service. Always available when I had questions on use and took care of me. Recommend this product if you want to keep track of your aligners (yes you will get a notification if you leave your case somewhere) wear time (includes reminders), and have a safe place to store them. BEST Product support and service.Awesome value for the money!

This is a great idea in theory, but in reality it just doesn't meet expectations. More often than not, it either doesn't know that I've put the aligners in the case (so it says yesterday I wore them 104% of the time), OR it doesn't realize I've taken them out of the case so it beeps at me to put them back in (which I would love if it was working appropriately). I did reach out to customer service on the app, which is very quick to respond, and in one instance they told me that it was just that the sensors in the case were dirty (understandable). But it happens almost every time, which means you have to clean the case out every time you put your aligners back in your mouth. It really would be easier to just track it on your own.*Edit: I've gone back and added a star for excellent customer service. The company is sending me a new case, free of charge, because this one wasn't recording anything. They are very fast to respond to any inquiries, and you can chat with them directly from the app. Hopefully the new one will work properly.

Case is a cheap plastic, and it continuously lost connection to my phone. Only restarting my phone would allow the case to connect again which was very annoying. Also there is no room in the case to hold the chewies used when putting in the aligners. Love the idea but the implementation needs a little work for the high price.

The reminders and schedule help you stay on track. I had a few glitches a month or so after purchase the customer service was very quick to respond and fix the error.
