Ordered this to help stabilize a painful shoulder and it does the job nicely. Took me a little bit to find the right adjustment for my shoulder (key being to adjust and find the right fit for the velcro strap that goes around the bicep/arm) but once I did it now fits like a glove. Easy recommend if you are looking some support for your shoulder. PROS Comfortable Support: The material is soft and thick and is quite comfortable wearing over my t-shirts. I tried it against skin and it is comfortable still but can be a little warm. Velcro: The velcro isn't the long scratchy pull kind...it is a very thin attachment and at least initially clings tightly. I'm still surprised at how well it holds given a light pat down...and how easy it is to pull off. Utility: Ice pack holder, LOVE this and adds that little something extra and has organized my primitive methods of icing my shoulder. Customer Service: Had an issue with my initial order that was resolved within the day. Top notch. CONS Nothing specific that stands out or worth noting yet NOTE Have been using this daily for about 3+ weeks now

I purchased a Shoulder Stability Support Brace to stabilize my shoulder. I was aware that SupTrust shoulder braces promote compression-based healing. After reading the reviews on Amazon, StyleCraze, MSN Lifestyle, and other websites, I felt confident in my selection. The SupTrust shoulder brace was the brace for me. Anyone living with shoulder pain understands that everything you do, every movement you make your shoulders are activated. And so is the pain. I was anxious to get the brace and found one totally by chance at a local store. Lesson learned buy only from SupTrust Amazon store. When I bought my brace from a third party vendor, there was a hardware issue. The seller NOT SupTrust refused to address my problem. However, when I reached out to SupTrust, I received stellar assistance from the customer service department. Jessica, the team member who assisted me, responded quickly. She was positive, patient, and helpful. To be clear, SupTrust was not at fault; the issue I experienced resulted from a third-party vendor. I explained my situation to Jessica, clearly outlining that this was not her companies problem. She surprised me by going above and beyond. She provided an excellent solution to my problem. Sure enough, my SupTrust shoulder brace is every bit as good as the reviewers said it would be. It's an extremely comfortable brace to wear, and it offers terrific support. It's made from quality materials, and the binding stitching bordering the brace is exceptional. "Feel Better, Live Better!" That's the SupTrust motto. With a quality brace to support the healing process, that's exactly what I plan to do.

Helped with my shoulder pain, but did not make it go away.

Worn this shoulder brace for over 2 weeks. Previous brand I had 6 years, and had reordered that brand. I reinjured the same shoulder, and didn't want that brand again, because of the reasons that I say below about the Suptrust brace. 1. I really like the stability of how it keeps my shoulder in place. With it, I can raise my arm without pain! And it's very good to know that it's going to stay put during healing. I was 5 years into the healing process using the previous brand, when I took a shoulder dive from the street onto a sidewalk this past September. Let's see if this brand helps me heal faster than the previous brace .. really think that it will. 2. The straps are thicker yet softer than previous top 100 brand. Possilby won't stretch out as quickly as well. Especially under my armpit & bicep, where the previous one was prone to folding and pinching me. 3. The strap closures are much better than the regular hook and loop. The previous brand's closures would always get caught on my shirts & on weight room equipment, with the dreaded ripping sound & damaging my shirts. And during workouts the old closures would come undone & need to be re-attached. The Suptrust brace addresses those issues immediately!! Can't wait to toss out the old braces, all stretched out and useless. If you have a brace (even in Best Sellers top 100) I urge you to order this one right away. You will feel less pain & likely heal faster while preventing additional damage to your shoulder. I truly believe it will, and I wish your healing to go as best as it possible can.

I bought this because of a bad shoulder. It arrived fairly prompt and it looks like it should do the job I bought it for. I've only had it for about a week or so. It seems to support fairly well except the chest strap tends to not hold throughout the day. It releases itself so you have to keep adjusting it. I would think that this should hold up better in such a short amount of use. When it is in place it supports the shoulder very well and is comfortable. It acts like the Velcro isn't quite strong enough to keep it in place for the time it is on. I'm a 100% disabled retired Veteran and my body has been used kind of hard over the years. I am trying to avoid a shoulder replacement and giving this brace a try was my way of trying to get by for a while longer if it works, but it keeps letting loose. At 75, things just get worn a little, but I do like to keep working in my woodshop as much as possible.

What a great shoulder brace. I was having pretty intense shoulder pain from a workout injury.I bought this as recommended and it worked great. This shoulder brace didn't inhibit my motions as much as I thought but it does stabilize the wounded shoulder quite a bit. I feel less pain and it fits comfortably under my shirt. it doesn't irritate my skin and I can use like all day and not even notice plus no one else seems to notice I have it on.My shoulder felt much better after a few days of wearing the brace. It does help to give support and relieve pain. I would recommend this product.

Updated: Well after a week the smell has gone down to mildly obnoxious, however now the velcro is failing. It only holds for a short time before it lets loose. How is it possible that this is the top ranked shoulder brace on Amazon? Smells terrible!!! If you are at all sensitive to chemicals, avoid this like the plague! Also avoid it if you just don’t want to have something that smells nasty a few inches from your nose. It's a shame, because aside from the smell, the brace seems very good. The seller's customer service is insulting. Before the brace was even delivered, I got an email from the seller that said among other things "we will send you a new replacement or issue a full refund to you immediately without hesitation. You don’t need to return the damaged product to us, as that would be a waste of your time. ... Do not hesitate to contact us on any problem you've met while using our product. We will try our best to fix all kinds of problems. My family is passionate, dedicated, and prepared to provide you with the best product and service we can - WE JUST WANT TO MAKE YOU HAPPY!" But when I emailed them about the problem, they told me to try and fix it myself and to let me know how it worked out! Unbelievable ! "With regards to the smell, we can't do anything about it. Please try the most possible way to get rid of it and let us know he outcome." I'm sorry, there have been billions of products made of neoprene sold over the years, and I really think there is a way to produce them without the stink.

I've dislocated both of my shoulders multiple times, and during a variety of activities (falls, swimming, throwing, and most recently in training martial arts). Although I've undergone physical therapy on serveral occasions, I still suffer from periodic 'partial' dislocations, where (thankfully) the shoulder will go back into place on its own. I am grateful that in my case, physical training and strengthening helps speed up recovery to the extent that I am quickly able to return to my active lifestyle. With that said, I decided to seek additional tools (in this case, purchasing a brace). I am very active, and rather than stop training (as I had following some of the first of my shoulder injuries), I found that I need to continue training, but much smarter. I took the advice of a therapist to wear a brace while undergoing certain activities (in my case, training Brazilian jiujitsu). Thus, I only wear the brace during those training sessions, and in my case, have not found it necessary to do so in other situations. How the shoulder brace has helped me: -The brace (I wear one on each shoulder) definitely provides more stability to my shoulders -The use of the product helps minimize the low levels of pain that I feel from time to time -The product is rather easy to wear, adjust, and clean -It seems to be of good quality material and construction Relevant therepist advice given to me regarding the use of braces for dislocated joints: -The brace should be supplemental to proper strengthening and rehabilitation of the injured joint. In other words, wearing a brace will not do the work for you regarding the need to strengthen all of the stabalizing muscles, ligaments, and tendons that hold the shoulder in place. I still am trying to find the proper strength-training protocol to once-and-for-all minimize--ideally--prevent further injury. -Though the brace has provided me with physical support (and psychological confidence) of my shoulders, I still need to train carefully by way of not becoming complacent in my shoulder stability--or lack thereof. That is to say, one could still be injured despite wearing a brace. I compared many different braces, and found this one to be a great combination of reasonable price, strong customer ratings, appropriate materials (quick-drying for moderate / high levels of intensity in my training), and ease of use. I was a little bit sceptic at first, but checked the reviews and ordered it. My issue was.. Some nerve problem that came after I had a pacemaker surgery that is affecting my left shoulder etc... Numbness and pains trough my left arm... and .. I play ALOT of guitar .. everything on my left side was always under lots of stress and abuse.. This was god sent! had it on for the past 2 days and finally my left arm feel a lot more normal, with better support and I'm getting more mobility and less pain. Also I love the fact that it pads my pacemaker and the small pressure that it puts on it actually helps and is soothing. It fits supper well I'm a 6,1, 200lbs man. I will probably have this for a very long time the materials are out of this world!

I tore my rotator cuff, and was having a lot of pain. I ordered this shoulder brace, wore it for one full day and that night I slept without pain. It is a beautiful shade of light gray, great quality, soft material and extremely comfortable.
