I've had the chance to use my stone and loved it! The pizza was evenly cooked, and the bottom was nice and crispy. The paddle, which is nice and sturdy, definitely comes in handy when taking the pizzas off the stone. I highly recommend this purchase if you're making your own pizza dough. Nice packaging, good-looking and heavy stone, and no sticking.

I bought this after watching a bunch of tiktoks while doom scrolling late at night. Every video with amazing home made pizza had a pizza steel, I couldnt replicate their results before owning this. Even with store bought dough from Aldi, this pizza steel cooks the crust amazingly. I was so surprised that a tiktok video was actually being truthful! I bought the “rectangular” pizza peel and I have to say it makes amazing pizza, especially the bottom crust! The only downside is that it is smaller than I hoped, so we can’t make large pizzas. However, the pizza comes out amazing every time. We use the steel pizza peel to turn the pizza once in the oven and a wooden one to launch it in the oven.

My family gets together every Saturday night for pizza. Our previous stone which was almost 20 years old cracked. I ordered this one and brought it over. The crust was nice and crispy and not burnt. A little heavy when you're trying to scrape off any flower or cornmeal but still a very wonderful purchase. I'm thinking about buying one for myself personally because I like to bake bread. It can be used on the grill according to the instructions. And I really think that's what killed the last one it wasn't a grill safe and one of the family members went rogue.

I made neopolitan pizza in an electric oven that goes up to 250 degrees. It requires preheating (with grill on ) in toppest part for 45 mins. It sounds like a lot but this is what is requires even maybe 55 mins. But make sure oven is clean. I have made the best pizzas i have ever eaten. !

Super produit. Mon premier essai était un peu bancale car j'ai mis de la farine sur le pierre pendant le préchauffage au four et naturellement elle a brûlé. J'aurais dû en mettre juste avant de mettre la pizza dessus. J'ai également mis un peu trop de farine. Et de mettre la pizza sur la pierre et était un peu galère. Avec l'expérience je pense que ça ira mieux. Sinon rien à redire sur la pierre. Bonne qualité. Fais son job et la pizza en ressort améliorée. Fini le dessous mou et le dessus cramé 😁. Je recommande.

Beim ersten Versuch hat es überhaupt nicht funktioniert, was allerdings an meinem Teig lag (nicht genügend Mehl und demnach zu klebrig) und nicht am Produkt. Mit ausreichend Mehl, rutscht die Pizza sehr leicht von der Schaufel auf den Stein und nach wenigen Minuten ist sie auch tatsächlich fertig und lässt sich ohne Probleme wieder vom Stein nehmen. Kein Vergleich zu einer Pizza auf dem Backblech.
